★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualidade 0 para colchão ortobom. Comprei apresentou problemas. Entrei em contato com a loja, me passaram numero de um representante ortobom, o cara agendou visita e nao foi. Faz mais de 3 meses tentando resolver e nada, agora aguarda p resolver na justiça. Faz 10 meses a compra o colchão tem 5 anos de garantia.
Quality 0 for orthobom mattress. Bought had problems. I contacted the store, they gave me the number of an ortobom representative, the guy scheduled a visit and didn't go. It's been more than 3 months trying to resolve and nothing, now waiting to resolve in court. It has been 10 months since the purchase, the mattress has a 5 year warranty.
