I am only giving 2 stars because of the service and the low price because I bought a table and a second panel that will be delivered Wednesday, they will deliver Wednesday, okay the good thing the installer would come the other day I didn't go to any corner waiting for this blessed assembler arrived in the afternoon I called the store and the apple said that the assembler would only go the other day today and Thursday, see if he will come tomorrow

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência decepcionante nessa loja. Comprei um roupeiro muito bonito com porta de correr e um armário de cozinha. Foi 1 semana para chegar na minha casa e montar, a montagem ficou errada, a porta ficou frouxa e os vidros do roupeiro tortos. Para completar o armário veio com a base amassada. Se passaram 30 dias e o rapaz veio trocar a porta do roupeiro. Trocou, porém, não veio o espelho e o novo armário também veio amassado. Esperei mais 15 dias para vir colocar o espelho, quando veio ficou faltando o espelho menor, só trocou o maior, e finalmente veio um armário sem estar amassado. Até agora tô esperando trocarem o espelho menor. Comprei esse roupeiro e armario no dia 3 de setembro de 2016, estou escrevendo esse comentário em 16/12/2016 e nenhuma preocupação da empresa em resolver o problema.
NÃO COMPREM NESSA LOJA, NÃO RECOMENDO A NINGUÉM!!!
Disappointing experience in this store. I bought a beautiful wardrobe with a sliding door and a kitchen cabinet. It was 1 week to get to my house and assemble, the assembly was wrong, the door was slack and the wardrobe's glass was bent. To complete the cabinet came with the crumpled base. Thirty days went by and the boy came to change the wardrobe door. Changed, however, did not come the mirror and the new cabinet also came wrinkled. I waited another 15 days to come and put the mirror, when it came the missing the smaller mirror, only changed the largest, and finally came a cabinet without being wrinkled. So far I'm waiting to change the smaller mirror. I bought this wardrobe and closet on September 3, 2016, I am writing this review on 12/16/2016 and no concern of the company in solving the problem.
DO NOT BUY IN THIS STORE, DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE !!!
