Assistance ok but I took a personal tv, they didn't even analyze it, they already said that the defect was a display and the price 2,200 repair I took it to another assistance defect was in the tcom of the tv

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu microondas apenas para trocar o vidro da porta(o aparelho estava em perfeito funcionamento),fiquei aguardando retorno,retornaram faltando alguns dias para completar 1 ano parado na assistência,avisando pra ir pegar o aparelho pq não tinham a peça.
Trouxemos pra casa,qdo fomos ver está sem funcionar e faltando várias peças do aparelho.
Aguardo retorno da empresa,caso contrário vou procurar meus direitos como consumidor pois fui roubada.
I left my microwave just to change the glass on the door (the appliance was in perfect working order), I was waiting for a return, they returned missing a few days to complete 1 year stopped in the assistance, warning to go get the appliance because they didn't have the part.
We brought it home, when we went to see it is not working and several pieces of the device are missing.
I await the company's return, otherwise I will seek my rights as a consumer because I was stolen.

Deixei dois aparelhos ano passado para o orçamento, e agr que entro em contato para saber sobre as fritadeiras, eles me disseram que jogaram fora. Não tentaram entrar em contato comigo pelo menos pra notificar sobre o descarto dos aparelhos. Eles não tem esse direito sem ao menos notificar o cliente , não recomendo , muito transtorno. Que se fosse pra jogar fora eu mesmo tinha jogado e não levaria pro conserto.
Extremely disappointed with the establishment, no honesty at all! I left two appliances last year for the budget, and when I contact them about the fryers, they told me they threw it away. They did not try to contact me at least to notify about the disposal of the devices. They don't have that right without at least notifying the customer, I don't recommend it, too much inconvenience. That if I was going to throw it away I would have thrown it myself and wouldn't take it for repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima loja. Deixei meu notebook e monitor para orçamento para a ENEL. Além de querer cobrar pra orçar, ainda levaram mais de 1 semana pra me responder, e quando vieram com o orçamento, ainda não foram precisos, pois disseram meu notebook e meu monitor tinham queimado a placa, e com isso, a ENEL se negou a me ressarcir, pois se a fonte não queimou, não foi descarga elétrica. Depois peguei meu monitor de lá, e levei na TECNISOM (excelente loja), que em menos de 24 horas consertaram e confirmaram que foi a fonte interna que queimou, e ainda cobraram 30% mais barato. E meu notebook não estava queimado. Enfim, não consegui rever meu dinheiro com a ENEL por causa dessa Eletrônica, e não indico a ninguém.
Bad store. I left my notebook and monitor for budget for ENEL. In addition to wanting to charge for the budget, they still took more than 1 week to answer me, and when they came with the budget, they still weren't accurate, because they said my notebook and my monitor had burned the board, and with that, ENEL refused to compensate me, because if the source didn't burn, it wasn't electrical discharge. Then I took my monitor from there, and took it to TECNISOM (excellent store), which in less than 24 hours they fixed it and confirmed that it was the internal source that burned, and they charged 30% cheaper. And my notebook wasn't burned. Anyway, I couldn't review my money with ENEL because of this Electronics, and I don't recommend it to anyone.
