I participated in a wonderful class, the teacher has a lot of technique, experience and patience with the students. Very pleasant environment, clean, airy, easy access. I was enchanted and I'm already taking Yoga classes that are making me more focused, disciplined and I'm taking care of my body that is more flexible. Really good. Namaste.
