★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente quando mais precisei, que foi de três meses pra cá, houveram muitas desavenças de informações. Falta um gerente ali tomando a frente como um todo.
Sempre fui muito bem atendida pelas veterinárias, recepção também. Porém as meninas da recepção, precisam passar por treinamentos, porque a cada hora é uma informação nova, principalmente na hora de pagar.
Encaminhei e-mail para os proprietários com toda minha insatisfação, todo ocorrido, espero que melhore.
Por último, não permitiram que eu acompanhasse o banho da minha Golden de 10 anos, após uma cirurgia de retirada de BAÇO e supostamente (DEUS QUEIRA QUE NÃO), meses de vida.
Uma pena, um local que está a mais de dez anos em Alphaville, com poucas avaliações no Google e uma pontuação não tão boa.
Não indico!
Unfortunately, when I needed it most, which was three months now, there were many disagreements about information. It lacks a manager there taking the lead as a whole.
I was always very well attended by the veterinarians, reception too. However, the girls at the reception need to undergo training, because every hour is new information, especially when it comes to paying.
I forwarded an email to the owners with all my dissatisfaction, everything that happened, I hope it gets better.
Finally, I was not allowed to follow the bath of my 10-year-old Golden, after a surgery to remove the spleen and supposedly (GOD WHAT NOT) months to live.
Too bad, a place that's been in Alphaville for over ten years, with few Google reviews and a not-so-good score.
I don't indicate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde o primeiro minuto que entrei na clinica, fui muito bem atendido e abordado pelas meninas da recepção.
Nosso cachorro precisava de um pronto atendimento e não se passaram 5 minutos e já estávamos na sala de Rx.
Após o diagnóstico de imagem fomos muito bem atendidos pelas veterinárias que orientaram e nos encaminharam para a sala de procedimento até nosso pequeno ser anestesiado e tratado.
Parabéns para todos envolvidos desde a limpeza aos proprietários da clínica!
Espero não precisar voltar tão logo , mas se houver a necessidade não pensarei duas vezes.

From the first minute I entered the clinic, I was very well attended and approached by the girls at the reception.
Our dog needed an emergency care and not 5 minutes had passed and we were already in the Rx room.
After the imaging diagnosis, we were very well attended by the veterinarians who guided us and directed us to the procedure room until our little one was anesthetized and treated.
Congratulations to everyone involved from cleaning to clinic owners!
I hope I don't have to go back so soon, but if the need arises, I won't think twice.

I have 3 dogs of different breeds. For 6 years they have been under the competent and loving care of doctors and employees of Clínica Veterinária Alpha Conde. I have already used the hospitalization service, exams, consultations and vaccination. All excellent. Hygiene and organization note 10! I highly recommend it!

Sem contar na amorosidade com os profissionais que lá trabalham! ?

Mega qualified, empathetic, loving, humble staff… the hospital owners are beings of light, always thinking about doing the best for the owners and their animals. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em primeiro lugar, 3 vidas dos meus bichinhos foram salvas em momentos diferentes graças ao profissionais que me atenderam. Nunca tive problemas, sempre fui muito bem orientada tanto nas consultas como nas visitas e também no whatsapp. Momentos de urgência foram resolvidos com dedicação, paciência e carinho. Não passei por todos os veterinários, mas os que eu passei, eu só tenho a agradecer. A única coisa que acredito que realmente precisa melhorar, é o atendimento na recepção. Quem entra na recepção precisa de um treinamento eficiente tanto para saber atender como para passar informações.
Firstly, 3 lives of my pets were saved at different times thanks to the professionals who took care of me. I never had problems, I was always very well oriented both in consultations and visits and also on whatsapp. Urgent moments were resolved with dedication, patience and affection. I didn't go through all the vets, but the ones I did, I just have to thank. The only thing I believe really needs to improve is the service at the reception. Whoever enters the reception needs efficient training both to know how to serve and to pass on information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentável o que fizeram com minha cachorra, perdi ela nas mãos desses irresponsáveis. Pra cobrar são ótimos Internei na sexta a noite e peguei ela morta na segunda a noite valor da brincadeira 8 mil reais e por erro de cirurgia.
Ela tinha 1 ano e 4 meses fizeram uma cirurgia de intestino no sábado, que é muito complicada e deram ponto errado. Na segunda a noite tiveram que abrir de novo pois tinha dado problema no ponto.
Perdi minha bebê ????
Muito cuidado aonde vcs deixam seus animais, sempre tirem uma segunda opinião.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, precisei levar meu cachorro e o atendimento da Vet até que foi bom fez bastante perguntas mas depois de duas vistas, exames e remédios que não mudaram nada o quadro do meu cachorro, procurei outra clínica e rapidamente conseguiram diagnosticar giárdia, algo que deveria ser comum a rotina de um vet. Os exames que ele fez eu não recebi laudo tive que ficar cobrando, ou seja, me passaram um diagnóstico de "boca" sem nem mandar o laudo pra mim. O atendimento no whats é péssimo, eu disse que ele não estava melhorando e ignoraram a minha mensagem. Graças a Deus, com o tratamento adequado meu cachorro apresentou melhoras no dia seguinte, mas isso pq fui atrás de outra opinião. No que depender deles, meu bebê ainda estaria sofrendo enquanto eles estão mais preocupados em cobrar. Quando reclamei recebi um áudio bem insensível da responsável Fernanda, muito desagradável...
