★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente excelente, fui tão bem atendida que não queria mais ir embora do lugar.
Desde a recepção, atendimento médico até o café, não tem comparação com qualquer atendimento dos concorrentes. Já fui em três unidades do Alta, todas tem o mesmo padrão de excelência.
 Simply excellent, I was so well attended that I no longer wanted to leave the place.
From reception, medical care to coffee, there is no comparison with any service from competitors. I've been to three Alta units, all of which have the same standard of excellence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do que adianta ser bonito, cheiroso e chique se não é eficiente!? Levamos 40 minutos apenas para dar entrada nos pedidos dos exames! 1h30 no total para tirar meia dúzia de tubinhos de sangue! Sendo que o mesmo procedimento levou 30 min no total no Fleury!
What good is being beautiful, smelling and chic if not efficient !? It only took us 40 minutes to enter exam orders! 1h30 in total to take half a dozen blood tubes! Since the same procedure took 30 min in total at Fleury!

Local super limpo, bonito, cheiroso, atendentes, enfermeiras e médicos hiper educados, atenciosos e simpáticos.
Tudo é de última geração! Melhor de tudo, sem filas!
Fui atendida super bem e antes até do meu horário.
Café da manhã e lanches maravilhosos, tem muita opção e coisas super saudáveis, nada daquele padrão sem gosto e só bolacha.
Até opção de tomar banho aqui pós exame cardiológicos me ofereceram (com toalha, shampoo e etc)
Best service I ever had!
Super clean, beautiful, smelling place, hyper educated, attentive and friendly doctors, nurses and doctors.
Everything is state of the art! Best of all, no queues!
I was served very well and even before my time.
Wonderful breakfast and snacks, lots of choice and super healthy things, none of that tasteless pattern and just crackers.
Even option to bathe here after cardiologic exams offered me (with towel, shampoo and etc)

Terrible. Changed test result prediction (scheduled with more than
1 month in advance) without notifying the customer. I don't recommend getting even close.

Fui querer saber o valor unitario de cada exame pra ter uma noçao do porque era tão mais caro que em outros laboratorios e só pra me dar essa informação o atendente queria um cadastro com cpf, altura, peso... ah, ninguém tem esse tempo todo não. Desisti

Já fui em outro laboratório do alta e não foi assim não , foi muito bom e rápido atendimento !! Esse do campo belo nota 0 de atendimento !!! Precisam melhorar e muito .. está fora dos padrões do alta !! Péssimo
