★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei o notebook para trocar o cooler. Foi cobrado um absurdo pela troca. Depois disso meu teclado nunca foi mais o mesmo. Algumas teclas não funcionam. Já que a mão de obra é cara, o Ricardo poderia pelo menos, mostrar a nota fiscal da compra da peça. Ele diz que acrescenta 20% de lucro sobre a compra. Mas pelo valor cobrado eu acredito que seja muito mais. No fim, apesar do serviço caro e mal realizado eu tive a sorte de ter meu notebook de volta.
 I left the notebook to change the cooler. An exorbitant charge was made for the exchange. After that my keyboard was never the same. Some keys don't work. Since labor is expensive, Ricardo could at least show the invoice for the purchase of the part. It says it adds 20% profit on the purchase. But for the price charged I believe it is much more. In the end, despite the expensive and poorly performed service, I was lucky to have my notebook back.
