O mínimo, para se realizar um atendimento, se tratando de um hospital, é respeito, sensibilidade e empatia, mas o que encontramos é totalmemte o contrário. Atuo com o público e jamais teria a postura e a falta de tato que a profissional que atendeu a minha mãe, idosa, teve. Voltarei somente para pegar o nome da responsável e com certeza abrirei uma reclamação formal, pois no calor do momento só tive condições de ir embora depois da falta de profissionalismo e tamanha indignação que ficamos. Espero que os próximos pacientes tenham tido, pelo menos, uma recepção melhor e um atendimento mais humano. Já fui paciente do hospital e alguns funcionários, sinceramente, parecem não merecer o cargo que possuem, mas infelizmente nada parece funcionar no Brasil, ainda mais se tratando de saúde e respeito pelo próximo.
Poor service and lack of professionalism in the reception of the clinic. The minimum, to perform a service, in the case of a hospital, is respect, sensitivity and empathy, but what we find is totally the opposite. I work with the public and would never have the posture and lack of tact that the professional who attended my elderly mother had. I will only return to get the name of the person in charge and I will certainly file a formal complaint, as in the heat of the moment I was only able to leave after the lack of professionalism and such indignation that we were left. I hope that the next patients have had at least a better reception and a more humane care. I've been a hospital patient and some employees, honestly, don't seem to deserve the position they hold, but unfortunately nothing seems to work in Brazil, especially when it comes to health and respect for others.

Great clinic, I'm doing my treatment there in the gynecology part I'm very well treated I have nothing to complain about, super attentive doctor and doctor's assistant very good I'm well received there. Grade 10 .
