Há algum telefone que possamos ser atendidos pois esse até funciona mas quem está do outro não tira a dignidade de quem está tentando falar sobre algo serio, desligam ou transferem a ligação. exemplo agora as 7:53 pela vigésima vez atenderam de desligaram sem me atender ,vamos ter um pouco mais de empatia ao próximo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento maravilhoso, seguem protocolos de COVID, o médico Dr José Roberto foi o melhor, me.lembtarei dele pra vida, depois de passar com 7 profissionais, ele foi o único que me deu atenção, me ouviu , e respeitou a minha dor. Só de olhar os exames e ouvir o histórico que estava sentindo dor por 5 meses na hora ele falou não ser normal, pediu uma RM com contraste, que irei levar para ele no retorno da consulta. Todos no atendimento inicial desde a recepção nota Mil para vocês. E deixo aqui meu muito obrigada!!! Gratidão
Wonderful care, following COVID protocols, Dr José Roberto was the best doctor, I will remember him for life, after working with 7 professionals, he was the only one who paid attention to me, listened to me, and respected my pain. Just by looking at the exams and listening to the history that he had been feeling pain for 5 months at the time, he said it was not normal, he asked for an MRI with contrast, which I will take to him on the return visit. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mais de 30 minutos esperando pra tentar falar com um atendente. Lugar tem a estrutura boa porém TODA a equipe tanto administrativa quanto técnica péssima. Funcionários mal preparados ou estagnados na profissão sem progresso de nada.
More than 30 minutes waiting to try to talk to an attendant. Place has a good structure but ALL the administrative and technical staff are terrible. Poorly prepared or stagnant employees in the profession with no progress at all.

Um posto de saúde que não atende quem liga, péssimo serviço da Saúde pública em Taboão da Serra, descaso com os pacientes da Clínica.
