The agreement, after a series of demands and inquiries, including requesting the surgeon's report, authorized the admission, but not the surgery, sending an ambulance that, after 8 hours, arrived to transfer him to a Hospital called Vidas em Interlagos/SP, who, arriving there, after 12 hours of being admitted with pain, in the first Hospital, was not treated, was not medicated, as there was no urologist, staying for another 2 hours without any care or medication, without performing a covidence exam. to enter as a patient in hospital, after all, he had been transferred from a hospital 30 kilometers away, in pain, to undergo surgery, in fact, his hospitalization was carried out. In view of this situation and knowing that there would only be a urologist on the other day (supposedly, since until this moment, both the Ameplan agreement and Hospital Vidas had not done anything as mentioned in the presentation of their services, that is, after 24 hours of having filed in the first Hospital and with a stone obstructing the passage, apart from the bleeding, nothing had been done. And, observing other patients in the Chaos of this Hospital Vidas de Interlagos, patients screaming to the four winds that they would break the reception, we were forced to leave the place, under penalty of still being involved in some violence. Employees embarrassed, saying there weren't enough doctors, a real hell. Here, it is not possible to say that the responsibility is only Ameplan's or just Hospital Vidas, the indifference and irresponsibility that bordered on the absurd, is joint. It's not a cold pizza or a hot beer, served with contempt. This is a boy with kidney stones, in crisis and not medicated, transported in an ambulance, I repeat, received and not medicated. There wasn't even a doctor in the supposed hospital of the supposed health insurance. If you are going to hire a health plan, look for where there is health, get away from it, the word that defines them is garbage, which treats people, thinking about what it is, garbage.
