★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a compra de um veículo com esta loja, no momento da compra fui informado que o veículo estava na garantia e que seria feita uma revisão antes da entrega do carro, porém no momento da entrega o gerente André me mostrou o manual que não tinha a revisão que informaram que fariam, sob a alegação de que uma etiqueta toda amassada que estava grudada no parabrisa do carro informava que não tinha a necessidade, da mesma forma foi prometida uma higienização no carro, sendo que este foi entregue com cheiro de cigarro, e muito pior ao ligar o ar condicionado(com o filtro imundo por sinal). A documentação foi paga a loja no momento em que acertamos a compra (envio e aprovação do financiamento já efetuados), porém ao retirar o carro não tinham nenhuma informação quanto a esta documentação, entregaram um comprovante com o nome de um despachante que nem tinha conhecimento do negócio fechado.
Quanto a garantia, me dirigi até a concessionária Nissan de Alphaville, na qual verifiquei que não tinham registro de revisão (igual o manual) e o veículo não estava na garantia já no momento em que foi fechado o negócio, ou seja, o que foi informado com relação a garantia já era inválido no momento da compra do veículo.
Hoje (31/01/19) entregaram o documento, assinado e com um valor diferente do que foi fechado o negócio, e em contato com o gerente André, novamente ele culpou algum terceiro por isto, e em consulta ao site da fazenda verifiquei que o IPVA pago a vista para a loja consta como parcelado.
Em 02/02/2019 foi entregue um requerimento na loja, que foi assinado pelo André, que pediu para o Daniel resolver, porque ele estava cansado de não fazer nada. O Daniel me pediu para levar o carro para fazer a revisão na Nissan Tokio (não entendi porque só nela), e quando estivesse na concessionária entrasse em contato com ele, fiz o contato e não foi possível falar com ele, pois não estava na loja, atravessei a cidade para ir a uma das concessionárias que eles tem algum convênio, e eles não podem me atender, e não tem nenhum telefone de contato do Daniel, total descaso e pouca vontade de resolver.
Estamos aguardando uma posição referente ao documento de quarta-feira (06/02/19), conforme prometido, porém como todas as outras promessas não foi atendida, e só o fizeram na sexta-feira (08/02/19), como se fosse um favor e não tivesse pago a documentação para a loja.
Resumindo, agora que entregaram a documentação, tenho um cinzeiro em meu nome (porque não foi feita higienização), informam que está na garantia, e a concessionária disse que somente se precisar dela eu consigo saber e a American 5 Motors não emite nota fiscal do veículo, conforme solicitado em documento entregue a ela no dia 01/02 conforme orientado pelo PROCON.
I made the purchase of a vehicle with this store, at the time of purchase I was informed that the vehicle was under warranty and that a review would be made before the delivery of the car, but at the time of delivery the manager André showed me the manual that did not have the which they reported would do, under the allegation that an entire kneaded label that was stuck in the windshield of the car reported that it did not have the need, in the same way a hygiene was promised in the car, which was delivered with a cigarette smell, and much worse when turning on the air conditioner (with the dirty filter by the way). The documentation was paid to the store when we agreed to the purchase (sending and approval of the financing already made), but when they removed the car they had no information on this documentation, they delivered a voucher with the name of a dispatcher who neither had knowledge of the business closed.
As for the warranty, I drove to the Nissan dealer in Alphaville, where I found that they had no revision record (same as the manual) and the vehicle was not under warranty as soon as the deal was closed, warranty was already invalid at the time of purchase.
Today (01/31/19) they delivered the document, signed and with a different value than the business was closed, and in contact with the manager André, again he blamed some third for this, and in consultation with the site of the farm I verified that the IPVA paid in cash to the store is in installments.
On 02/02/2019 was filed an application in the store, which was signed by Andrew, who asked Daniel to settle, because he was tired of doing nothing. Daniel asked me to take the car to do the review at Nissan Tokyo (I did not understand why it was only in it), and when I was at the dealership I contacted him, I made the contact and it was not possible to talk to him because he was not in the store , I crossed the town to go to one of the concessionaries that they have some agreement, and they can not answer me, and have no contact phone from Daniel, total disregard and little will to resolve.
We are awaiting a position on Wednesday's document (06/02/19), as promised, but as all the other promises were not met, and only did so on Friday (08/02/19), as if were a favor and had not paid the documentation to the store.
In short, now that they have delivered the documentation, I have an ashtray in my name (because no cleaning has been done), they report that it is under warranty, and the concessionaire said that only if I need it can I know and American 5 Motors does not issue vehicle, as requested in a document delivered to it on 01/02 as directed by PROCON.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu pessoalmente venho parabenizar a loja, comprei um carro la a 2 anos, e apareceu hoje 14/08 uma multa, de 3 anos atraz, ja tive multa particula minha, ja tinha feito um levantamento de debitos no carro, ou seja n posso cupa-los por isso, mais eu havia pegado o carro com eles, então eu n podia pagar pelo q n fiz, ao indentificar a multa entrei em contato com a loja, falei com a ANDRESSA q me prestou um bom atendimento. Me pediu o necessario para indentificar a multa, q foi no valor de 220, e em questao de 1 hora a multa ja n costava mais no sistema, resolveram no mesmo dia e em menos de 1 hora, confesso q n esperava, apesar de ser obrigação, n foi burocrática e foi muito rapido sem questionamentos.
