★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olá , no dia 08/03/2020 efeituei a compra de uma bota na American Shoes do Tamboré, lá tive problemas em passar o cartão de crédito, por tanto fiz o pagamento com o cartão de débito Next.
Fui verificar minha fatura do cartão de crédito e está sendo cobrada a bota novamente, porém no dia 09/03/2020, um dia em que nem fui ao shopping, gostaria de um contato emergencial pois preciso pagar a fatura, mas não vou pagar duas vezes pela mesma bota, preciso do extorno da venda feita no cartão de crédito, caso necessário, mando foto da nota de pagamento onde cita o cartão Next de DEBITO.
NO AGUARDO DE UMA POSIÇÃO URGENTE.
Hello, on 03/08/2020 I purchased a boot at American Shoes do Tamboré, there I had problems to pass the credit card, so I made the payment with the Next debit card.
I went to check my credit card bill and the boot is being charged again, but on 03/09/2020, a day when I didn't even go to the mall, I would like an emergency contact because I need to pay the bill, but I won't pay two times for the same boot, I need the refund of the sale made on the credit card, if necessary, I send a photo of the payment note where the Next DEBIT card is quoted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiencia péssima, na venda falam que tem o produto para a troca, quando vc volta não tem, ja estou ha 13 dias tentando resolver um problema e sem solução, ja paguei 3 estacionamentos, os gerentes não dão retorno, os funcionários não dão a minima para reclamações e nem tão pouco a satisfação dos clientes.
Ja realizei a minha reclamação no RECLAME AQUI, que também informa que a empresa não responde as reclamações.
O Procon, cadê vc?????
