★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganhei um sapato dessa loja. E precisei trocar por ser um número diferente do que eu uso. A pessoa comprou em outra unidade, mas como moro em Barueri fui até a loja do Tamboré onde fui informada que eles não realizam troca de outra unidade! Passada com isso! Achei péssimo! Eu não comprarei em nenhuma unidade!
I got a shoe from that store. And I had to change it to be a different number than the one I use. The person bought in another unit, but as I live in Barueri I went to the Tamboré store where I was informed that they do not exchange another unit! Past that! I thought it was terrible! I will not buy in any unit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava passando pelo shopping e resolvi entrar nessa loja alguns modelos de bolsa no Instagram em uma outra mas fui muito mal atendida funcionária que me atendeu ele olhou só porque eu estava vestida de simples é lamentável as pessoas ainda te julgam só pelo simples fato de você estar vestida de simples fiquei com vergonha porque me sentir incomodandoa funcionária quando não demonstrou nenhum interesse de me mostrar outro produto sósimplesmente falou que não tinha sem ao menos olhar a foto que eu estava mostrando.
I was going through the mall and I decided to go to this store with some purse models on Instagram in another one but I was very poorly attended by the employee who attended me he looked just because I was dressed in simple is unfortunate people still judge you just because you are dressed in simple, I was ashamed because I felt uncomfortable to the employee when she showed no interest in showing me another product, she simply said she didn't even have to look at the photo I was showing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na loja do Shopping Tamboré. Bom atendimento, os produtos são de ótima qualidade e tem muitas promoções. Ponto fraco é que a loja estava "arrumada" como uma liquidação total, as prateleiras separadas por número do calçado com todos eles amontoados, como se fossem baratinhos, mas não são, então acho que a estética poderia estar melhor, dando mais atenção e cuidado aos produtos e facilitando também a visão, porque com tudo embolado mal conseguimos definir o que estamos vendo.
I went to the store at Shopping Tamboré. Good service, the products are of great quality and has many promotions. Weak point is that the store was "tidy" as a total sale, the shelves separated by number of shoes with all of them huddled together, as if they were cheap, but they are not, so I think the aesthetics could be better, giving more attention and care to the products and also facilitating the vision, because with everything wrapped up we can barely define what we are seeing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois que virou franquia ficou muito difícil, você mora no Tatuapé, ganha um presente de uma pessoa que mora em Alphaville, tem de ir até o shopping Tamboré trocar, um absurdo.
