Porém a loja estava fechada devido aos acontecimnentos recentes.
Tem algum horário que loja esteja funcionando?
Porque se recebeu o produto, algum momento houve atividade na loja.
Queria saber para buscar meu produto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja está bem organizada, com as sessões separadas e arrumada, no padrão express, o que facilita, pois se já está acostumado com o ambiente saberá onde localizar os produtos. Percebo um pequeno diferencial nos preços, relacionados a promoções local. Situado na entrada da Ilha, do outro lado da casa show, fácil acesso e de frente ao ponto de ônibus. Onde era localizado a ponto frio. Só o estacionamento que é difícil.
The store is well organized, with separate sessions and tidy, in the express pattern, which facilitates, because if you are already used to the environment you will know where to find the products. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menos movimentada do que as outras americanas da Ilha, mas como todas as comodidades e produtos que a rede oferece. É bem grandinha, então você pode encontrar quase tudo lá, o único problema é que eles sempre tem poucos caixas abertos o que as vezes faz formar fila mesmo com três ou quatro clientes - mas este é um mal de todas as americanas que eu conheço, não sendo exclusivo desta.
Less crowded than other American women on the island, but with all the amenities and products that the chain offers. It's pretty big, so you can find almost everything there, the only problem is that they always have few open checkouts which sometimes makes a queue even with three or four customers - but this is an evil of all Americans I know, not being exclusive to this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desrespeito total com o cliente! Na internet diz aberto até às 19h, mas fui buscar uma encomenda às 18:05h e não me deixaram entrar. O segurança disse que fechava as 18h. Estou revoltado com a Americanas.
Total disrespect for the customer! On the internet it says open until 7pm, but I went to get an order at 6:05 pm and they wouldn't let me in. The security guard said it closed at 6pm. I'm disgusted with Americanas.

Eu fiz uma compra para fazer a retirada na loja porquê o horário no exato da compra diz que o estabelecimento funciona de 8:00 as 19:00 para retirada de produtos. fui saber depois que a loja abre de 10:00 as 18:00 agora como faço por que eu trabalho fora da ilha só consigo chegar às 18:40. E vi que tem vários reclamação de clientes. Como faço agora estou precisando do produto comprei sexta-feira dia 23/07/21.e chegou dia,25/07/21.domingo.pra eu fazer a retirada. Mais domingo e fechado.
Good afternoon, That and a disrespect to customers I will file a lawsuit against the American store. I made a purchase to pick up at the store because the exact time of purchase says that the establishment is open from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm to pick up products. I found out after the store opens from 10:00 to 18:00 now how do I do because I work off the island I can only get there at 18:40. And I saw that there are several complaints from customers. How do I do it now, I need the product I bought it on Friday, 7/23/21.and it arrived on 7/25/21.Sunday.for me to withdraw. More Sunday and closed.

I always find good deals. Employees make you comfortable at the time of purchase. Location close to the street. The store is outside the mall.
