★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um cartucho para minha impressora neste lugar, e quando acabou a tinta voltei para recarregá-lo. Ao instalar na minha impressora o cartucho apresentou erro. Voltei para que pudessem avaliar, pois entreguei meu cartucho sem problema e o mesmo voltou com problema. Indaguei com a atendente e a mesma me informou que o gerente disse que cartuchos podem apresentar erros. Ou seja os cartuchos vendidos nessa loja só duram até acabar a tinta. São descartáveis. Não comprem cartucho neste lugar.
I bought a cartridge for my printer in this place, and when the ink ran out I went back to refill it. When installing in my printer the cartridge had an error. I came back so that they could evaluate, because I delivered my cartridge without a problem and it came back with a problem. I inquired with the attendant and she informed me that the manager said that cartridges may have errors. In other words, the cartridges sold in this store only last until the ink runs out. They are disposable. Do not buy a cartridge in this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei a minha impressora antes do Natal para orçamento. A empresa fechou entre o Natal e Ano Novo e não falou nada para mim. Liguei no início do ano e a atendente não sabia de nada sobre o assunto. Pedi várias vezes para falar com os donos/gerentes, mas sempre tinham uma desculpa. Os donos/gerentes NUNCA ENTRARAM EM CONTATO COMIGO!
Depois de mais de um mês, a impressora ficou pronta.
Durante esse tempo, tive que ficar gastando dinheiro em uma loja de impressões para imprimir os meus trabalhos.
Não recomendo essa empresa! Se você não quer esquentar a sua cabeça com a demora e com a falta de respeito com cliente, não leve o seu produto para consertar com eles.
Meia estrela é muito para essa empresa!
I took my printer before Christmas for budget. The company closed between Christmas and New Year and didn't say anything to me. I called earlier in the year and the attendant didn't know anything about it. I asked several times to speak to the owners / managers, but they always had an excuse. The owners / managers have NEVER CONTACTED ME!
After more than a month, the printer was ready.
During that time, I had to spend money at a print shop to print my work.
I don't recommend this company! If you don't want to heat your head with the delay and the lack of respect with the customer, don't take your product to fix it with them.
Half a star is a lot for this company!
