★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em 20/12 comprei chocolates nesta loja e ao chegar em casa percebi q a validade dos produtos era de dezembro de 2020. Estavam bem ruins ressecados e sem sabor. Legalmente ainda poderiam vender porém deveriam informar sobre essa condição claramente nos anúncios já q faltavam poucos dias para passar da validade. Fiquem atentos para não serem lesados como eu fui.
 On 12/20 I bought chocolates at this store and when I got home I realized that the validity of the products was from December 2020. They were very dry and tasteless. Legally they could still sell but they should inform about this condition clearly in the ads since there were only a few days left to pass its validity. Be careful not to be harmed as I was.

O prazo era no máximo 60 dias. Até hoje só aguardando resposta?
Todas as parecelas foram descontadas do meu cartão.
American stores, I'm waiting for the reversal of the purchase I made 09/12/2021 and returned on 09/14/2021.

Lugar organizado, limpo e bem climatizado. O atendimento por parte dos caixas e rápido e não costuma formar grandes filas na hora do pagamento.
Americanas standard store, a variety of products, some good promotions others not so much.
Organized, clean and well-conditioned place. The attendance by the cashiers is fast and does not usually form long lines at the time of payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja grande dentro do Pátio Savassi. Tem de tudo: brinquedos, livros, papelaria, produtos de beleza, alimentos. Mas em vários dias estão sem mercadorias de chocolate Nestlé. A loja é ótima, porém os caixas são muito mal posicionados, vc nunca sabe qual está livre e as vendedoras têm que ficar gritando indicar o caixa para pagar as compras. Ruim para quem compra e imagino que seja péssimo para quem trabalha lá
Large store inside Patio Savassi. It has everything: toys, books, stationery, beauty products, food. But in several days they are out of Nestlé chocolate goods. The store is great, but the cashiers are very poorly positioned, you never know which one is free and the salesgirls have to shout to indicate the cashier to pay for the purchases. Bad for those who buy and I imagine it's bad for those who work there
