★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O telefone não atende! Uma vergonha em plena pandemia. Eles mandam a gente ligar dão o número, mas os telefones não atendem. O mais triste isso acontece em todas as repartições e instituições de saúde. O mais imoral são os PSF. A gente tem que se deslocar e correr o risco. Pagar passagens sem condições. Eita país sem jeito.
The phone does not answer! A shame in the middle of a pandemic. They tell us to call and give the number, but the phones don't answer. The saddest thing is that it happens in all health departments and institutions. The most immoral are the PSF. We have to move and take the risk. Pay tickets without conditions. Jeez country awkwardly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento telefônico, liguei várias vezes para tentar agendar um exame, porém, telefone chama até cair a ligação ou atendem e colocam em espera ou ficam passando de ramal para ramal e ninguém passa uma informação certa.
Terrible phone service, I called several times to try to schedule an exam, however, the phone calls until the call is dropped or they answer and put it on hold or they keep going from extension to extension and no one gives the right information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já passei por 2 Cirurgias aí,Agradeço primeiro a Deus segundo a Dr.Klecius Médico muito humano, Dr Humberto também fez parte da minha cirurgia, muito bom,sou grata a todos eles e outros médicos que tb fez parte da minha cirurgia (Dr.Olavo)mais trabalha em outros hospitais!
I have had 2 surgeries there, I thank God first according to Dr. Klecius Very human doctor, Dr Humberto was also part of my surgery, very good, I am grateful to all of them and other doctors who were also part of my surgery (Dr. Olavo) but works in other hospitals!

Sou atendida pela Dra Lívia Lyra cirurgiã de cabeça e pescoço, que fez minha cirurgia pra biopsia de um tumor na garganta recentemente, fui muito bem cuidada na minha internação, graças a Deus, só tenho a agradecer a todos, médicos, enfermeiros, atendentes, pessoal da limpeza, atendimento nota 1000 de todos, muito bem acolhida. Super indico. Deus abençoe a todos. Colocarei os telefones q eu tenho: (83)2107-9500 a atendimento do SUS no hospital, já o da clínica particular (83)2107-9504 todos eles atendem. Espero ter ajudado!
I was very well taken care of since my first appointment. I am attended by Dr Lívia Lyra, a head and neck surgeon, who recently performed my surgery for a biopsy of a tumor in the throat, I was very well taken care of during my hospitalization, thank God, I just have to thank everyone, doctors, nurses, attendants, cleaning staff, service grade 1000 from everyone, very well received.
