Não consegui realizar a troca de um calçado que nem retirei da caixa, dentro do prazo, com nota fiscal e ticket de troca, pois a gerente informou que o calçado estava manchado! Esse, inclusive, era um dos motivos da troca, problema de qualidade que o consumidor que é prejudicado. Surreal!

Em algumas lojas não me foi permitido trocar. E nas outras nao tinha nenhum tenis na minha numeração. Isso é um absurdo! Nunca mais vou nessa loja é péssima!
I got a sneaker for Christmas. I went to all the shopping malls in Belo Horizonte to exchange for white sneakers. Ana capri has many models of white sneakers. In some stores I was not allowed to change. And in the others, there were no tennis shoes in my numbering. This is absurd! I'll never go to that store again, it sucks!

Mas a vendedora não queria falar o preço do tênis branco da coleção nova, e só nos empurrando um tênis não tão bonito de coleção antiga, porque o "estava na promoção". Frase afirmada por ela, várias vezes. Por fim, agradecemos e saímos. Infelizmente nunca se deve julgar um livro pela capa, e muitos vendedores acham que o que você está vestindo vai determinar quanto dinheiro e qual o tipo de tratamento você irá receber. Obrigada a vendedora, saímos e compramos 2 sapatos mais lindo em outra loja!
