★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu tive uma péssima experiência com esta loja, comprei uma escrivaninha em outubro de 2020 que veio com defeito, informei a equipe da loja e eles me informaram que eu precisaria esperar pois eles não tinham outro produto igual ao meu para fazer a troca, depois de muito tempo e de muito insistir eles levaram outra escrivaninha para minha casa no inicio de fevereiro e falaram que o montador iria lá desmontar a com defeito e montar a nova, o mês acabou e nada de aparecer ninguém para fazer esse serviço. Não recomendo a loja para ninguém!!!!
I had a bad experience with this store, I bought a desk in October 2020 that came with a defect, I informed the store staff and they informed me that I would need to wait because they did not have another product like mine to make the exchange, after a long time and a lot of insisting they took another desk to my house in the beginning of February and said that the assembler would go there to dismantle the defective one and assemble the new one, the month is over and no one appears to do this job. I don't recommend the store to anyone !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo essa loja. O móvel que comprei chegou no dia seguinte mas pra montar eles não vem se não ficar pressionando. Além do montador danificar duas pessoas e eles demorarem muito, tive que falar que ia entrar com um processo pra eles irem trocar, porque eles disseram que ia demorar em torno de 2 meses pra trocar duas peças.
I do not recommend this store. The furniture I bought arrived the next day but to assemble they don't come if you don't keep pushing. In addition to the assembler damaging two people and they took a long time, I had to say that I was going to file a process for them to exchange them, because they said it would take around 2 months to exchange two parts.
