★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, no ato da compra foi negociado o custo de entrega e montagem, dias depois entraram em contato cobrando valores a maior pq se confundiram e o custo estava incorreto. Enfim, cobraram 3x a maior do que foi negociado. Não cumprem os prazos, a entrega ficou agendada para determinado dia, sendo que não entregaram e nem deram satisfação (nenhuma ligação ao menos).
Lousy service, at the time of purchase, the cost of delivery and assembly was negotiated, days later they contacted us, charging values the highest because they got confused and the cost was incorrect. Anyway, they charged 3x more than what was traded. They do not meet the deadlines, delivery was scheduled for a certain day, and they did not deliver nor did they give satisfaction (no calls at least).

The seller is a dear person, but the delivery of the product came with a defect and even so the furniture was assembled ... I'm waiting for the new part.
