★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionada e muito surpresa negativamente com essa clínica. Hoje, 20 de dezembro de 2021, às 14h, compareci ao estabelecimento, conforme dia e horário agendado por meio de contato realizado no último dia 15/12, via Whatsapp, para uma primeira consulta com o Dr. Tarcísio, porém, ao chegar na recepção o atendente informou que o médico estava doente e por isso não iria comparecer p/ atendimento. Sabemos que situação desse tipo ou qualquer outro imprevisto pode acontecer com qualquer pessoa, quanto a isso não vejo problema, por sinal aproveito p/ desejar a pronta recuperação da saúde do Dr., o absurdo está no fato da clínica não efetuar nenhum contato p/ avisar e desmarcar a consulta, NÃO houve nenhuma tentativa de contato telefônico, isso posso comprovar, como também NÃO foi enviada mensagem ao meu whatsapp com o aviso, ferramenta muito utilizada na atualidade e foi por meio dela que agendei a consulta, o que só mostra um descaso enorme com o cliente. Nunca imaginei que um profissional tão bem renomado no meio veterinário, com boas indicações, como o Dr. Tarcísio, teria uma clínica com esse tipo de atendimento e suporte aos clientes. Essa situação gerou desgaste a mim e na minha rotina, principalmente na minha programação do trabalho, sem falar no prejuízo financeiro com gasto de deslocamento. E para a surpresa ainda mais negativa, não houve sequer um pedido de desculpa pelo ocorrido, isso é inacreditável, mas é um fato, não que isso fosse amenizar a situação, mas é um gesto tão básico em uma situação desse tipo, ainda mais em contato com cliente. Seria a primeira consulta com o Dr. Tarcísio, mas, depois do ocorrido, não tenho motivo algum p/ retornar a essa clínica.
Disappointed and very negatively surprised with this clinic. Today, December 20, 2021, at 2:00 pm, I went to the establishment, according to the day and time scheduled through a contact made on December 15, via Whatsapp, for a first appointment with Dr. Tarcisio, however, upon arriving at the reception, the attendant informed that the doctor was sick and therefore would not attend for assistance. We know that a situation of this type or any other unforeseen event can happen to anyone, I don't see a problem in this regard, by the way, I take this opportunity to desire the prompt recovery of the Dr.'s health, the absurdity lies in the fact that the clinic does not make any contact p/ notify and cancel the appointment, there was NO attempt to contact the phone, I can confirm this, as well as NO message was sent to my whatsapp with the warning, a tool widely used nowadays and it was through it that I scheduled the appointment, which only shows a huge disregard for the customer. I never imagined that such a renowned professional in the veterinary field, with good indications, as Dr. Tarcisio, would have a clinic with this type of service and support to clients. This situation generated weariness for me and my routine, especially in my work schedule, not to mention the financial loss with travel expenses. And to the even more negative surprise, there wasn't even an apology for what happened, that's unbelievable, but it's a fact, not that it would alleviate the situation, but it's such a basic gesture in a situation like this, even more so in contact with customer. It would be the first consultation with Dr. Tarcisio, but after what happened, I have no reason to return to this clinic.
