Fiz uma compra no Barra Shopping e depois de estar com a roupa, verifiquei um pequeno furo no tecido, o que me fez imediatamente remeter ao equipamento de alarme que eles usam e nem sempre é colocado da forma devida.
Entrei no Village perguntei se poderia mostrar a peça para avaliação e imediatamente a troca foi feita; sem questionamentos ou dúvidas em relação ao meu relato. Excelente e creio que ganharam uma boa cliente. Parabéns ao modelo alemão de atender e respeitar seus clientes.
In a market that we rarely saw valued as customers, regardless of attendance, I had a unique experience in this Village Mall store. I made a purchase at Barra Shopping and after I had the clothes on, I noticed a small hole in the fabric, which made me immediately refer to the alarm equipment they use and it is not always properly placed.
I went into the Village and asked if I could show the piece for evaluation and immediately the exchange was made; no questions or doubts regarding my report. Excellent and I believe they gained a good customer. Congratulations to the German model of serving and respecting its customers.
