★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha cachorra oara tomar banho, como ela tem 15 anos sempre peço que tenha cuidado com ela, retornou cheia de frisos no pelo, toda avermelhada, logo vi que tinha algo errado, questionei a pessoa que da banho, me disse que não tinha agendado, e quaquer estagiário deu banho nela, voltou toda com medo, ai a pessoa me disse que a agenda dela é lotada e que não pode fazer nada, que deveria agendar da próxima vez
Deveria ter sido informada na recepção, mas pegaram meus 02 cachorros e não informaram nada. Não reconendo, Péssimo atendimento

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, marquei uma tosa do meu coelhinho na terça passada para hoje às 9:30. Pois ninguém apareceu e quando liguei lá a atendente Ingrid falou que não estavam sabendo de nada e que era pra eu tentar falar com a Babi no Whatsapp, mas ela não atende, não responde mensagem.
Infelizmente uma péssima experiência.
Terribly, I booked a grooming session for my bunny last Tuesday for today at 9:30. Because nobody showed up and when I called there the attendant Ingrid said that they didn't know anything and that I was supposed to try to talk to Babi on Whatsapp, but she doesn't answer, she doesn't answer a message.
Unfortunately a bad experience.
