Tem domínio total das ferramentas dos notebooks Mac e outras marcas e celulares e foi muito rápido e preciso no diagnóstico do problema do meu Mac .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Duas semanas atrás fui pessoalmente no estabelecimento afim de obter um orçamento para substituição de um HD SSD para o MacBook AIR, a pessoa que me atendeu solicitou que fossem enviado por e-mail, achei estranho, mas fiz o que me pediram. Hoje liguei na loja indagando sobre a demora na resposta e o "ser humano" que me atendeu disse que ia pedir para darem uma atenção, indaguei novamente se obteria uma resposta, visto que estou precisando da manutenção e caso de negativa procuraria outro lugar sem nenhum problema, para o meu espanto foi extremamente mal educado dizendo que COMO JÀ HAVIA ACABADO DE ME INFORMAR, IA PEDIR PARA DAREM UMA ATENÇÃO. Fiquei pasmo com a reação e retruquei que já faziam duas semana e o infeliz bateu o telefone na minha cara. Temos um parque aqui com 7 produtos apple fora celulares e nunca levarei nesse estabelecimento nem para trocar pelicula. Tenho pena do proprietario, refem de um funcionario coitado como esse ser.
Two weeks ago I personally went to the facility to get a replacement for an HDD for the MacBook AIR, the caller asked me to send it by email, I thought it was strange, but I did as I was told. Today I called the store asking about the delay in the response and the "human" that answered me said I would ask for attention, I asked again if I would get an answer, since I need the maintenance and if I refuse I would look elsewhere without any problem, to my astonishment was extremely uneducated saying that HOW IT HAD FINISHED TO INFORM ME, TO ASK TO GIVE AN ATTENTION. I was amazed by the reaction and I replied that it had been two weeks and the unfortunate hit the phone in my face. We have a park here with 7 apple products outside cell phones and I will never take it in this establishment nor to change the movie. I pity the landowner, it's a poor official like that being.
