★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nao recomendo. Fiz a troca da minha tela de celular e um mês após a garantia expirar a tela deu problema devido a "entrada de água no aparelho". Nunca caiu água no meu celular e foi falado que o problema poderia ser "bolso molhado", me parece mais um serviço de péssima qualidade. Enfim, se nao quiserem perder seu dinheiro procurem outra loja pois, essa não tem nada de profissional.
I do not recommend. I changed my cell phone screen and one month after the warranty expires, the screen has a problem due to "water entering the device". Water never fell on my cell phone and it was said that the problem could be "wet pocket", it seems to me more of a poor quality service. Anyway, if you don't want to lose your money, look for another store because this one is nothing professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos!!! Não recomendo. Coloquei o celular do meu filho para reparar. Me alegaram que a placa estava com problemas, paguei R$ 500, para reparar, me deram 3 meses de garantia, com menos de 1 mês o aparelho voltou o mesmo problema. Levei de volta e depois de muito tempo me enrolando, que inclusive o serviço num todo é péssimo, mentem sem parar, enrolam, não dão retorno, tratam o cliente como se fosse um empregado deles, enfim, depois muito tempo de enrolação me disseram que não tinha mais reparo, que o aparelho não tinha jeito. Então solicitei o meu dinheiro de volta, se paguei pelo serviço e não tive o mesmo, então pelo código do consumidor devo receber meu dinheiro, se vou em uma loja e peço um produto azul, pago pelo produto e quando chega na hora é vermelho, precisam me dar o azul ou devolver meu dinheiro, se não tem o produto deve devolver a quantia.
E para minha surpresa me alegaram que não tinha garantia para, ou seja não devolveriam meu dinheiro e não iriam reparar o aparelho. Soubessem o caos que isso me trouxe, pois enrolaram tanto que viajei em família sem o telefone e o aparelho é de meu filho.
Eles esqueceram que pela lei 8078/90
Estou amparado pela justiça.
E nenhuma regra interna deles independente de colocarem clientes para assinar papéis que sejam deles, nenhuma regra ou documento pode sobrepor à lei.
As redes do Leblon e da Barra são péssimas. Inclusive mentem sem parar, até disseram que uma funcionária que já tinha sido mandada embora, iria voltar de férias, só que eu já tinha falado com a menina antes, pois era a única atenciosa.
Enfim, não recomendo.
Terrible!!! I do not recommend. I put my son's cell phone in for repair. They claimed that the board was having problems, I paid R$ 500 to repair it, they gave me 3 months of warranty, with less than 1 month the device returned the same problem. I took it back and after a long time of stalling, even the service as a whole is terrible, they lie non-stop, stall, do not give back, treat the customer as if they were their employee, anyway, after a long time of stalling they told me that there was no more repair, that the device was hopeless. So I asked for my money back, if I paid for the service and I didn't get the same, then by the consumer code I must receive my money, if I go to a store and order a blue product, I pay for the product and when it's time it's red, they need to give me the blue one or return my money, if you don't have the product, you must return the amount.
And to my surprise they claimed that there was no guarantee for, in other words, they would not refund my money and would not repair the device. They knew the chaos this brought me, because they got so involved that I traveled as a family without the phone and the device belongs to my son.
They forgot that by law 8078/90
I am supported by justice.
And no internal rule of theirs regardless of having clients sign papers that are theirs, no rule or document can override the law.
The networks of Leblon and Barra are terrible. They even lie nonstop, they even said that an employee who had already been sent away would come back from vacation, but I had already talked to the girl before, as she was the only one who was attentive.
Anyway, I don't recommend it.
