★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei hoje, 06/01 informando sobre um problema recorrente - já é a 4a vez que tenho vazamento com itens instalados por eles - e a Leia, atendente, me disse que eu tenho que aguardar ate o dia 20/01, data em que retornam os tecnicos. Pessimo atendimento e pessima solucao de problemas.
I called today, 01/06 informing about a recurring problem - it is the 4th time I have a leak with items installed by them - and Leia, clerk, told me that I have to wait until 01/20, the date they return the technicians. Poor service and poor problem solving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ atendimento PÉSSIMO e profissionais PÉSSIMO. Além de cobrarem caro não resolve e diz pra compra outra maquina esse é o serviços deles tentei resolver mais pra eles isso é normal. Chamei outras assistência e cobraram menos que a metade do preço deles.NÃO RECOMENDO.
PÉSSIMO service and PÉSSIMO professionals. In addition to charging expensive does not solve and says to buy another machine this is their services I tried to solve more for them this is normal. I called other assistance and they charged less than half of their price. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ o técnico disse que é melhor trocar a maquina que fez todos os teste e nao compensava consertar kkkkk mais pra resolver dava o mesmo valor q comprar um novo. Chamei um outro tecnico e ele me cobrou 60reais e agora to tomando banho quente.Tirem a proprica conclusao minha dica ta ai.
