Contatei a empresa para fazer o reparo de um aquecedor a gás na minha casa e recebi o seguinte orçamento: "O valor da mão de obra fica 180,00 mais o valor da peça se necessário a troca". O técnico veio na minha residência, trocou uma peça, mas o aquecedor continuou apresentando problema. Entretanto, o técnico disse que para concluir o serviço precisaria de outra peça e outro pagamento de mão de obra. Não concordo em pagar outra mão de obra, pois já realizei o pagamento.

Saiu mais barato do que o último técnico me deram garantia coisa que eu não tinha de outro técnico sem conta a pontualidade . ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lixo cobrou um valor foi pago quando fui reclamar quase me bateram Mandei um aquecedor da rinnai para fazer a conversão de gás em janeiro me bato com o aparelho até hoje segundo a ordem de serviço foi feito revisão geral lubrificação reparo no sistema de ventilação e conversão de gás Nunca ficou bom voltei lá 4 vezes a ultima foi ontem cobraram 900 reais porem não concordei pelo fato de nunca ter funcionado Mandaram eu procurar os meus direitos aos gritos no meio da rua e quase apanhei .Encontrei outra vitima nos comentários reclamando da grosseria Tenho que o profissional é aferido na hora que o serviço retorna Os que comentam a favor é porque o serviço não deu retorno Ocontrario conheceriam os picaretas que são essa gente. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendida em minha residência em 29/10/2020 pelo funcionário Rafael e gostaria de elogiar o atendimento dele. Muito honesto e educado. Regulou o aquecedor, me explicou sobre o funcionamento, me orientou quanto a utilização e não me cobrou absolutamente nada por isso, nem a visita, nada. Não ficou inventando problema nem tentando me vender algum serviço ou produto. Fico muito feliz de saber que ainda existem pessoas boas e de bom caráter neste mundo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia, deixo registrado minha gratidão pela empresa, ao contratar super atenciosos ( Rafael/Matheus) necessário fazer algumas trocas, porem o aquecedor continuava apontando falhas, retornaram sempre rápidos, com toda atenção e dedicação, aquecedor continuava com problema, e nunca me negaram ajudar, tive consciência que precisava ser substituído o aquecedor, como consumidor devemos saber se o produto e velho e quando se troca muito, algo esta de errado, nem é necessário um técnico fica falando, prontidão atenderam, fazendo abatimento de tudo que foi pago referente peças substituídas. As vezes ser honestos nós fazem perder algumas coisa momentaneamente , mais se manter em honestidades a recompensa e mais valiosa de que qualquer valores. Parabéns RM Serviços Aquecedores (Gás Penha)
