Os produtos ficaram lindos e exatamente como pedi. As visitas são pontuais, o preço é justo, mas os diferenciais são a comunicação, extremamente rápida e resolutiva, e a ótima assistência pós venda - dois pontos RARÍSSIMOS de se encontrar. Larissa, Melissa, Philippe, Eduardo e Kemylle são muito competentes em suas áreas, entendem nossas demandas e têm boa disposição em resolver qualquer problema (outra raridade). Infelizmente, devido às experiências recentes e como cliente pequena, passei a esperar o pior das prestadoras de serviço, mas a Arte da Casa é a exceção da regra que todos nós procuramos!
I made new curtains and blinds with Arte da Casa and was surprised by the quality of the service. I did the entire process via whatsapp, without stepping into the store, in the most practical way possible. The products were beautiful and exactly as I asked. The visits are punctual, the price is fair, but the differentials are the communication, extremely fast and resolute, and the excellent after-sales assistance - two HUGE points to find. Larissa, Melissa, Philippe, Eduardo and Kemylle are very competent in their areas, understand our demands and are willing to solve any problem (another rarity). Unfortunately, due to recent experiences and as a small customer, I have come to expect the worst from service providers, but Arte da Casa is the exception to the rule we all seek!
