★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento telefônico. A atendente é grosseira e não escuta o que se tem para dizer. Não perca seu tempo gastando uma chamada telefônica. Pessoalmente deve ser pior.
Bad phone service. The attendant is rude and does not listen to what they have to say. Don't waste your time spending a phone call. Personally it must be worse.

Não apareceram e no dia 31/08 entraram em contato para reagendar atendimento para hoje dia 02/09 alegando problemas com o técnico. Hoje novamente não compareceram e não atendem ligações. Segundo dia que perco em casa esperando por eles
Realmente não indicaria para ninguém.

They did not appear and on 08/31 they contacted to reschedule service for today 09/02 claiming problems with the technician. Today again did not attend and do not answer calls. Second day I lose at home waiting for them
It really wouldn't point to anyone.
