Além de ter apontando que tudo estava ok com o hardware ainda me deu dicas de como atualizar alguns softwares da BIOS. Não bastasse o atendimento excepcional, ainda não cobrou nada pelo diagnóstico. Voltarei com certeza no futuro pelo profissionalismo e honestidade que me passaram.
