★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao telefone fui atendida muitíssimo bem. Liguei para confirmar e tirar algumas duvidas pois seria para recomendar a 3ºs. Vou aguardar todo o processo. Já posso sugerir uma alteração: invistam na obs das avaliações. Percebi que o retorno do proprietário só ocorreu 5 meses após registro do comentário. O monitoramento desses feedbacks vale $$$ e ajuda a se aperfeiçoar.
On the phone I was answered extremely well. I called to confirm and ask some questions as it would be to recommend the 3rd. I will wait for the whole process. I can already suggest a change: invest in the obs of the evaluations. I noticed that the owner returned only 5 months after the comment was registered. Monitoring these feedbacks is worth $$$ and helps to improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Há muitos aparelhos da Sony dando defeito no touch e mesmo assim eles não possuem um estoque mínimo para trocar a peça, ou seja, demora muito para consertar. O meu ficou nais de um mês para trocar o touché, então pedi meu dinheiro de volta, que leva mais uns vinte dias. Horrível a falta de respeito com is clientes.
Terrible attendance. There are many Sony devices defective in the touch and even then they do not have a minimum stock to change the part, that is, it takes a long time to repair. Mine stayed more than a month to change the touché, so I asked for my money back, which takes another twenty days. Horrible lack of respect with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na porta da loja no Downtown e liguei pra saber onde ficava a loja ,depois de muitas tentativas fui atendido por um funcionário que me informou que nao havia estacionamento próximo a loja que se eu quisesse informasse o modelo do televisor , que dependendo nem pegavam , pedi ajuda pra levar ate a loja e desligaram o telefone na minha cara. Resolvi tirar o televiso e levar ate la chegando as 17h 03 a loja fechada.... desisti ,mas dei sorte de ir na Videomarte na Av das Americas 2250 com estacionamento na frente e atendimento excelente !!!Jamais volto ou indico essa loja
I was at the door of the store in Downtown and called to find out where the store was, after many attempts I was answered by an employee who informed me that there was no parking near the store that if I wanted to inform the model of the TV, which depending on nor caught, I asked for help to take to the store and they hung up on me. I decided to take the TV off and take it there until 17h 03 the store closed .... I gave up, but I was lucky to go to Videomarte on Av das Americas 2250 with parking in front and excellent service !!! I will never go back or recommend this store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu ainda não tive experiência, mas queria perguntar uma coisa, hoje meu pai foi no rio, eu pedi para ele passar aí, não sei se ele vai conseguir, mas eu mandei uma câmera Fujifilm sl1000 que tá um tempo sem funcionar, comprei até outra bateria achando que poderia ser, mas não era e depois ela quebrou um lado na tela, mas já não estava funcionando antes disso. Espero que meu pai consiga passar aí hoje e que vocês consigam me ajudar
