★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu cheguei na loja e nenhuma das duas funcionárias que estavam lá vieram me atender ( loja sem nenhum cliente).
Depois que me interessei pelo produto e eu chamei, vieram as duas, pensei que seria um atendimento VIP, só que não! Fiz o pedido de acordo com minha numeração e quando a vendedora trouxe o tênis, eu perguntei o preço, pois aquele em específico não estava com etiqueta, ela disse: eu não sei, depois eu vejo! E após isso as duas continuaram com o papo delas, e por incrível que pareça eu tive que saber que ela saiu com fulano, que estava conversando com beltrano, enfim, me senti mal com o atendimento por não me respeita como cliente. Eu dei 3 estrelas por causa dos produtos, mas o atendimento foi péssimo!

I placed the order according to my numbering and when the saleswoman brought the sneakers, I asked the price, because that one in particular was not tagged, she said: I don't know, then I'll see! And after that the two continued with their conversation, and oddly enough I had to know that she went out with so-and-so, who was talking to beltrano, in short, I felt bad about the service because she doesn't respect me as a customer. I gave 3 stars because of the products, but the service was terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Liguei na loja e me pediram para entrar em contato pelo WhatsApp. O vendedor Ronaldo (e depois uma outra atendente no horário das 17:00 que não se identificou) não me responderam por 2h e quando eu ligava alegavam que a loja estava cheia.
Espero que a loja esteja realmente vendendo muito porque aparentemente os vendedores não estão interessados em vender.
Terrible service. I called the store and they asked me to get in touch via WhatsApp. The seller Ronaldo (and then another attendant at 17:00 who did not identify himself) did not answer me for 2 hours and when I called they claimed that the store was full.
I hope the store is really selling a lot because apparently the sellers are not interested in selling.
