★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. A garantia não funciona. Enviei para a assistência uma sapatilha com as pedras caindo e a sola descolando. Devolveram sem as pedras e com a sola com uma parte mal colada e a outra ainda solta. Fiz contato com o atendimento e me disseram que não poderiam fazer nada. Total desrespeito ao consumidor.
I do not recommend. The warranty does not work. I sent a sneaker with the falling stones and the sole taking off for assistance. They returned without the stones and the sole with one part badly glued and the other still loose. I contacted the customer service and was told they could do nothing. Total disrespect to the consumer.

The store never disappoints. Very comfortable shoes, at a very reasonable price. Attentive sellers, fast service. I find the bags very expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma sandália ela machucou o meu pé todinho, comprei num sábado quando foi no domingo voltei para reclamar, eu calcei a sandália entrei no táxi e desci no restaurante enfim claro que tive que andar com a sandália, mas a sandália começou a machucar muito meu pé, eu voltei até a minha casa que era próximo ao restaurante isso próximo mas necessário pegar um táxi porquê não estava aguentando mas com o desconforto, troquei de sandália, enfim chegou no domingo levei até a lojá expliquei tudo isso a vendedora, pois bem ela falou que eu andei com a sandália e como marcou teria que mandar para análise, ok eu concordei! Enfim a sandália foi para análise e depois de um mês em análise eles me avisaram por e-mail que eu podia ir até a loja pegar a sandália, pois bem, ontem dia 29/12/19 Cheguei até a loja com a nota, a vendedora vem e me abre a mesma sandália eu reclamei que se era a mesma sandália ela disse que sim, enfim a sandália 200 reais eu paguei no débito, e simplesmente fizeram pouco caso, eu vou ligar todos os dias para o sac é vou correr atrás dos meus direitos de consumidora, como pode o cliente está insatisfeito com o produto simplesmente eles disseram que a sandália não tem nada no material desconfortável, eu NÃO consigo andar o materil ê horrivel. Gente se forem comprar sandália nessa loja ande a loja inteira as sandálias não prestam eu nunca mais compro sandália nesse lugar, vou postar em face Instagram tudo para vocês não serem enganados como eu fui.

Anyway the sandal went for analysis and after a month in analysis they warned me by email that I could go to the store to get the sandal, well, yesterday 29/12/19 I arrived to the store with the note, the saleswoman comes and opens me the same sandal I complained that if it was the same sandal she said yes, finally the sandal 200 reais I paid in debt, and simply made a slight disregard, I'll call every day to the sac is going to run after of my consumer rights, how can the customer is dissatisfied with the product simply they said that the sandal has nothing in the uncomfortable material, I can not walk the materil is horrible. Guys if you buy sandal in this store walk the whole store the sandals do not pay I never buy sandal in this place, I will post on Instagram everything so you do not be deceived as I was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando você vai para comprar o atendimento é incrível e os sapatos parecem que é de uma qualidade maravilhosa, sendo que, comprei 4 saltos diferentes e um em menos de duas semanas quebrou o salto, mandei para análise e me informaram que iriam entrar em contato até 30dias, hoje já fez mais de 30dias e nada, agora eu fico ligando para loja na unidade do barrashopping ninguém quer me atender, e sempre falam para entrar em contato daqui a 10min. Estou me sentido lesada e arrependida de comprar nessa unidade.
When you go to buy the service it is incredible and the shoes look like they are of a wonderful quality, and I bought 4 different heels and one in less than two weeks broke the heel, I sent it for analysis and they informed me that they would contact me until 30 days, today it's been more than 30 days and nothing, now I keep calling the store at the barrahopping unit, nobody wants to answer me, and they always talk to get in touch in 10 minutes. I am feeling injured and sorry to buy from this unit.

Minha filha me deu uma sandália de aniversário, no primeiro uso a sandália descolou, levei até a loja que reteve o produto por quase 2 meses para avaliação, quando peguei a sandália de volta estava claro que o reparo tinha sido mal feito. 2 meses para fazerem uma costura PÉSSIMA que descosturou em 2 ou 3 usos. Enfim, tive o prazer de usar meu presente de aniversário, no máximo 4 vezes. A LOJA É BOA, MAS O PÓS VENDA É HORROROSO, mais de 1000 reclamações no RECLAME AQUI e apenas 2 respondidas. Constante nunca mais!
My last experience was not a good one. My daughter gave me a sandal for my birthday, the first time I used the sandal, I took it to the store that held the product for almost 2 months for evaluation, when I took the sandal back it was clear that the repair had been poorly done. 2 months to make a BAD seam that unstitched in 2 or 3 uses. Anyway, I had the pleasure of using my birthday present a maximum of 4 times. THE STORE IS GOOD, BUT THE AFTER SALE IS AWFUL, more than 1000 complaints in the CLAIM HERE and only 2 answered. Steady never again!
