Pessimo, não.cempria what they promise saying that included sunglasses in the degree purchased 2 months ago and so far has not come I do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra vender é ótima, mas quando dá problema, reze!! Erraram umas 5 vezes no grau da lente( do mesmo oculos), parece até piada.atendimento é como se estivessem fazendo favor. Desisti. Corram de lá!
To sell is great, but when there is a problem, pray !! They made a mistake about 5 times in the lens (from the same glasses), it seems like a joke. I gave up. Run from there!

Agradeço imensamente a atendente Adriana por sua recepção e excelente atendimento desde o primeiro contato, dando suporte, avisando quando o oculos ficou pronto antes do prazo final e pós venda. Fui muito bem atendida. Qualidade excelente, limpeza da loja seguindo as normas da OMS, modelos de oculos atualissimos. Obrigada a todos!
I have nothing to complain about the service and resolution of a problem I had (in my prescription and not with the manufacture of the glasses), EVERYONE volunteered to help me and studied the possibilities of solving my problem. I am very grateful to the attendant Adriana for her reception and excellent service since the first contact, giving support, warning when the glasses were ready before the deadline and after sale. I was very well attended. Excellent quality, cleanliness of the store following the standards of the WHO, models of very modern glasses. Thank you all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concordo com as demais avaliações.... Estou há 42 dias tentando resolver um problema e nada é resolvido.... comprei óculos com lentes caríssimas da HOYA, com seguro, e até hoje, nenhuma informação ... Náo se deixem enganar..Essa loja é só aborrecimento.
I agree with the other reviews .... I've been trying to solve a problem for 42 days and nothing is solved .... I bought glasses with expensive HOYA lenses, with insurance, and until today, no information ... Don't be fooled. This shop is just a hassle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Vendedora não sabe recepcionar o cliente e fica de olho na porta acompanhando a entrada de novos clientes. Loja completamente bagunçada. Mesmo tendo o costume de sempre comprar minhas lentes de contato na Carol, nao retorno nessa unidade
Terrible attendance. Saleswoman does not know how to welcome the customer and keeps an eye on the door following the entrance of new customers. Store completely messed up. Even though I always buy my contact lenses at Carol, I don't return at this unit.

Não houve nenhum contato quando o óculos ficou pronto, além disso ultrapassou o prazo de entrega. Não me admira ter tantas avaliações negativas por aqui. Essa loja precisa fazer mais pelos clientes.
The salesperson who attended my mother and I treated us very well, but in the after-sales the store leaves a lot to be desired. There was no contact when the glasses were ready, in addition to being overdue. No wonder there are so many negative reviews around here. This store needs to do more for customers.
