★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor agencia de alquiler de autos del mundo. Al momento de alquilar lo hacen a las apuradas y en un portugués incomprensible. Entregan el auto con rayones y abolladuras que no anotan en el formulario de entrega y hay que obligarlos. Al momento de devolver el auto, lo revisan con lupa y OH CASUALIDAD siempre encuentran algun detalle que supuestamente no tenía. Obviamente se guardan la plata del depósito y SI TE HE VISTO NI ME ACUERDO.
Terribles estafadores.
The worst car rental agency in the world. At the time of renting they do it in a hurry and in an incomprehensible Portuguese. They deliver the car with scratches and dents that are not noted on the delivery form and must be forced. At the time of returning the car, they review it with a magnifying glass and OH CASUALIDAD always find some detail that supposedly did not have. Obviously they save the money from the deposit and IF I HAVE SEEN YOU, I DO NOT REMEMBER.
Terrible scammers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero estrela se fosse possível. A PIOR locadora atuante no Brasil. Perde até para as menores. Carros muito mal conservados e o atendimento é, além de extremamente lento, ineficiente. Você pede uma categoria e se não tiver eles não dão upgrade, simplesmente oferecem um "upgrade" pago. Um absurdo. Aluguei algumas vezes com a Avis/Budget, mas essa foi a última.
CUIDADO!
Zero star if possible. WORST car rental company operating in Brazil. You lose even to the smallest. Very poorly maintained cars and service is, in addition to extremely slow, inefficient. You ask for a category and if you don't have it they don't upgrade, they simply offer a paid "upgrade". Absurd. I rented a few times with Avis / Budget, but this was the last.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completamente desorganizado. Cobraram a locacao no meu cartao duas vezes e finalmente quando devolveram nao me reembolsaram o valor total.
They double charge your credit card. The Avis in the USA blames the Brazilian location and when they gave my money back, it was not the full amount. I will NEVER rent from AVIS/BUDGET again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a car twice within one week. The first experience was ok, during the morning, friendly staff. Second time, a week later, in the Evening, it took us 1,5 h to rent a car even it was pre-paid and having rented a car with them a week ago. They did all the procedures again and typed all the details again into the system. Extremely slow and the staff at the airport was so unpolite that we decided to wait for the van to do all procedures at the store. Even though it wasn't help at all... so next time, I will try another company...
