★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi péssimo o tratamento hoje (19/04/22) na Movida do Aeroporto do Galeão - RJ.
Estava com uma reserva do programa da Transfer Car e até parecia que eu estava pedindo esmola, quando na verdade estava prestando um serviço pra locadora. Senti-me extremamente mal com um atendimento desdenhoso e frio única e exclusivamente porque você não paga nada pra levar o carro. Geralmente minhas locações particulares faço ou pela Localiza ou Unidas e de fato nunca tive a oportunidade de me relacionar com a Movida e tirando por essa experiência de hoje...NUNCA TEREI!!
Além de lamentável,.demonstra a falta de treinamento e preparo dos atendentes.
A MOVIDA como locadora está muito longe das demais, assim como o nascente está para o poente.
 The treatment was terrible today (19/04/22) at Movida at Galeão Airport - RJ.
I had a reservation from the Transfer Car program and it even looked like I was begging, when in fact I was providing a service to the rental company. I felt extremely bad with disdainful and cold service solely and exclusively because you don't pay anything to take the car. Usually my private rentals are done either through Localiza or Unidas and in fact I never had the opportunity to relate to Movida and apart from this experience today...NEVER WILL!!
In addition to being regrettable, it demonstrates the lack of training and preparation of the attendants.
MOVIDA as a rental company is very far from the others, as the east is to the west.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre aluguei na Localiza, mas quis arriscar alugando na Movida por eles terem a Tiggo 8.
Querendo ou não a gente sempre fará comparações, então lá vai.
O espaço poderia ser maior, tanto no pátio quanto no atendimento.
Fui no feriado de 20/1, logo tinha muita gente, com apenas 4 atendentes.
Ao ser atendido notei que a possível demora talvez tenha sido por eles explicarem tudinho para não haver quaisquer dúvidas.
Não gostei de cobrarem mais um seguro uma vez que eu havia contratado o seguro completo. Piorou ao deixarem como opção pagar para a lavagem ou fazer por conta própria.
Entendo que é assim que eles lucram, vale para todas as locadoras, mas o valor desses opcionais já deveria estar incluído no valor da diária, bem é assim que aprendi.
Enfim, vale a pena alugar com eles.
I have always rented from Localiza, but I wanted to risk renting from Movida because they have the Tiggo 8.
Like it or not, we will always make comparisons, so here goes.
The space could be bigger, both in the courtyard and in the service.
I went on the 20/1 holiday, so there were a lot of people, with only 4 attendants.
When I was attended to, I noticed that the possible delay may have been because they explained everything so there would be no doubts.
I didn't like being charged more for insurance since I had taken out full insurance. It got worse when they left the option to pay for the washing or do it on their own.
I understand that this is how they make money, it applies to all rental companies, but the value of these options should already be included in the daily rate, well that's how I learned.
Anyway, it's worth renting with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento infelizmente lento, para receber o veículo foram 2 horas até ser atendido. Veículo foi entregue sujo por dentro e ainda com o pneu dianteiro murcho. Carro também não estava na melhores condições. Já na entrega do veículo, além do tempo de espera, fui surpreendido com valor diferente na taxa administrativa e preço abusivo para o combustível que faltou na entrega do veículo. Ao menos retiraram a taxa de lavagem que contestei pelo motivo de receber o veículo sujo. Atendimento Bem inferior ao recebido na loja de Porto Alegre.
Unfortunately slow service, it took 2 hours to receive the vehicle. Vehicle was delivered dirty inside and with the front tire still flat. Car was also not in the best condition. On delivery of the vehicle, in addition to the waiting time, I was surprised by a different value in the administrative fee and abusive price for the fuel that was missing in the delivery of the vehicle. At least they removed the wash fee that I contested for the reason that I received the vehicle dirty. Service Much inferior to that received at the Porto Alegre store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just think for a car rental company that is at the airport at least one person should be able to speak English. Instructions to find the location is also only in Portuguese. Fair enough in a Portuguese speaking country but not what you expect at an international airport.
