★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FAIL!!! COMPLETE FAIL!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Booked a car here for business. Waited for ever to get into the vehicle. All sorts of hidden fees and tricks. Finally we left and went over to Hertz. Popped into a better car at a better price in less than 30min.

Went to Hertz - drove away in in 20 minutes no problem. DO NOT USE this company. This company must be for Brazilians only!! That is NOT how we do it in the United States!!!

She sat there from 0830 to 1100 and was told she was "not approved". She left. went to Hertz drove away in in 20 minutes no problem. DO NOT USE this company.
