Péssimo atendimento, na hora de alugar e fácil, mais na hora de devolver perderam meu contrato, foram busca cópia em outro local, quase perdi minha passagem, livro consumidor fica escondido, atendente ignorante, pedi numero para fazer reclamação(sac ou suporte) ,ele disse que não tinha, Achei Internet e nao tem atendimento nem suporte no fim de semana.

Muy buena experiencia. Alquilamos un vehículo marca Chevrolet (Logan) por una semana y nos encantó el servicio. Muy buen precio, el trámite es rápido y el lugar está bien ubicado. Súper recomendable.

Na retirada tudo OK. Entretanto espere pelo menos 1 hora para devolver o carro. Após a devolução na garagem fora do aeroporto vão lhe entregar o checkpoint para "dar baixa" no mesmo guichê do salão de desembarque, enfrentando a mesma fila de quem vai pegar o carro.

Após uma hora de espera no guichê BUDGET do aeroporto de Fortaleza pelo atendimento fomos informados que a reserva feita em 19/03/2018 não poderia ser realizada por RESTRIÇÃO JURÍDICA. Deixando totalmente sem atendimento e sem informação, à mercê de disponibilidade de outras locadoras. Atendimento lastimável Senão dizer péssimo Eu deveria pedir respostas somente por e-mail. Falei “atendimento” no balcão por Paulo, falei com a supervisão ANA PAULA, e por telefone com Neide -SAC Resposta da Avis/Budget: Boa tarde Sr Marcelo, De acordo com as normas da empresa, o Sr possui um processo no COMPROT, esse foi o motivo da locação não ter sido liberada. Sinto o transtorno. Minha tréplica: Roberto Pereira / Fleet Administration Coordinator Avis Budget Group Brazil Antes de me responder, você deveria ter visto todo o conteúdo do processo, ou seja, conforme anexo, isso já está ARQUIVADO desde 09/03/2018. Mesmo assim, não vejo o que motivou o bloqueio de minha reserva feita dia 19/03/2018, ou seja, 10 dias após o ARQUIVAMENTO. O mínimo que sua empresa deveria fazer, baseado em sua norma interna, era ter cancelado minha reserva logo em seguida, e não deixar eu descobrir aqui após viajar 3.000 km e esperar 1:30h o atendente Paulo me falar que não podia liberar o carro. Ele simplesmente me deu um cartão com seu e-mail para pedir explicações. Absurdo isso que aconteceu, perdi reservas de traslado no meu destino final, perdi muito tempo, passei vergonha perante outros clientes na fila, quase não consigo outro carro em seu concorrente, no no qual fui atendido com brevidade e sem constrangimento.

Já aluguei carro na Avis. Já foi bom e prático. Na minha última experiência, foi horrível, pois paguei o aluguel pelo site, ao chegar na loja do Aeroporto para retirar o veículo, fui informado de teria que pagar o caução. O cartão não aprovou, tentei pagar no débito ou dinheiro e não aceitaram e ainda me orientaram a cancelar a locação. Fiz o que me foi orientado e ficaram com 25% do que eu havia pago. Só recebi ressarcimento de 75%. Não concordo pelo fato de eu ter dado opções de pagamento e eu não queria cancelar, eu estava ali para pegar um veículo que eu já havia pago pela internet. Fica aqui meu protesto.

Péssima locadora, alugamos um carro em Portugal para ser coletado na unidade de Marquês de Pombal, no entanto devido o cartão que cadastramos inicialmente não ter sido aceito no momento, a atendente muito mal educada, e sem nenhum respeito ao cliente não facilitou e praticamente nos expulsou na loja. Pretendemos judicializar o caso contra a Avis no Brasil por danos materiais e moral, por constrangimento, atrapalhar o momento de férias, gerando enormes transtornos.

Go about 1 hour earlier than you normally do when going to return at the airport and expect to be one hour later when picking up. Have been to avis all over the world and this is perhaps one of the most time consuming experiences I’ve had. Took me over 1 hour to return the car, the strange thing is that this seems to be working as normally. Copying papers, printing, signing, etc... crazy. Also the staff could barely speak english, come on - this is rental car service at an international airport.
