★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local é bem organizado, e nos atenderam super rápido bem na véspera de Natal, que fez uma super diferença em nossa cachorrinha, o banho foi super tranquilo e bem profissional, o preço também excelente, fomos super bem atendidos e recebidos no local, não vejo algo que estivesse fora de ordem ou mal feito, então com certeza recomendo visitar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paguei pelo serviço de escovar os dentes e eles não fizeram. Sem falar q eles não tem nem controle de quem é o dono do cachorro que fica lá pra tomar banho. Atendimento muito ruim.
I paid for the brushing service and they didn't. Not to mention that they have no control over who owns the dog that stays there to bathe. Very bad service.

Gostei dos banhos, virei cliente. Até que notei que meu cachorro estava coçando demais a orelha. Ao olhar vi que estava toda vermelha e infeccionada! Deixaram entrar água no ouvido dele, e virou uma otite. Em contato com Alex, dono do petshop, pedi para passar no veterinário da loja dele, já que o problema tinha sido ocasionado lá, mas mesmo tendo um veterinário a disposição no petshop, ele negou atendimento e sequer se preocupou em me ajudar. Se preocupou apenas em repetir que não poderia se responsabilizar, mesmo com todos os últimos banhos sendo lá, dizendo por exemplo que otite é uma característica da raça (detalhe: meu cachorro tem 8 anos e teve otite apenas uma vez quando tinha 3 anos). Conclusão: tive que pagar uma consulta no veterinário e meu cachorro está tomando corticoide, além de ter que ficar o dia inteiro com um cone na cabeça que não permite que ele se alimente direito, tome água e faça as necessidades adequadamente.
Essa foi a atitude do petshop após uma otite. Imaginem se fosse algo muito pior e mais difícil de resolver?
É óbvio que os funcionários são treinados, é óbvio que não acontece todos os dias, e é óbvio que ninguém deixa entrar água no ouvido de um animal de propósito, mas também é óbvio que é possível o algodão do ouvido cair, que o cachorro pode sim se virar e entrar um jato de água no ouvido, e que se isentar totalmente da responsabilidade dessa forma, diante dos fatos apresentados, é um absurdo. Muita falta de bom senso, de profissionalismo e amor pela “profissão”.
ATTENTION!
I liked the baths, I became a client. Until I noticed that my dog was scratching his ear too much. When I looked I saw that it was all red and infected! They let water in his ear, and it turned into otitis. In contact with Alex, owner of the petshop, I asked to go to the vet at his store, since the problem had been caused there, but even though a vet was available at the petshop, he denied service and didn't even bother to help me. He was only concerned with repeating that he could not be responsible, even with all the last baths being there, saying for example that otitis is a characteristic of the breed (detail: my dog is 8 years old and had otitis only once when he was 3 years old). Conclusion: I had to pay a visit to the vet and my dog is taking corticosteroids, besides having to stay all day with a cone on his head that does not allow him to eat properly, drink water and do his needs properly.
That was the attitude of the petshop after ear infections. Imagine if it was something much worse and more difficult to solve?
It is obvious that employees are trained, it is obvious that it does not happen every day, and it is obvious that no one lets water into an animal's ear on purpose, but it is also obvious that it is possible for the ear cotton to fall, that the dog can yes, to turn around and get a jet of water in your ear, and to totally exempt yourself from liability in this way, given the facts presented, is absurd. Much lack of common sense, professionalism and love for the "profession".
