★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, vendedora grossa e mal educada. Boticário deveria ter uma cartilha para as vendedoras serem mais educadas e mais solícitas. Depois dessa não volto e não indico.
 Lousy service, thick and rude saleswoman. Boticário should have a primer for the salespeople to be more polite and more helpful. After that I will not return and do not indicate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hj tive um pessimo atendimento de uma vendedora pq fui somente fazer uma troca! Sempre compro nessa loja e sou bem atendida mas qd e para troca elas tratam com muita ignorancia!
Eu nao sou a unica q ja reclamou sobre isso!
Today I had a bad service from a saleswoman because I just went to make an exchange! I always buy at this store and I am well attended but when and for exchange they treat with a lot of ignorance!
I'm not the only one who has already complained about it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fui na loja, duas vezes retirar os brindes promocionais oferecidos e as atendentes com muita má vontade, nem sequer quiseram oferecer os produtos com desconto pra vender. Eu até ia comprar um creme mas a vendedora me entregou o brinde e já virou as costas. O caixa é num canto no fundo, a caixa fica de costas para o cliente, horrivel para a segurança do cliente e da operadora de caixa.
I've been to the store, twice withdrawing the promotional gifts offered and the clerks very unwillingly, did not even want to offer the discounted products to sell. I was going to buy some cream but the saleswoman handed me the toast and turned her back. The teller is in a corner at the bottom, the teller is with its back to the customer, horrible for the safety of the customer and the cashier.

Tive a nítida impressão de que a atendente não queria me atender e ficou visivelmente incomodada quando comecei a perguntar os preços dos produtos (que, por óbvio, não estavam nas prateleiras)...
Melhorem, sou cliente do Boticário a anos e não me recordo de ter sido tão mal atendida como nessa loja!
They sin in the service and pricing of the store's products...
I had the clear impression that the attendant didn't want to serve me and was visibly annoyed when I started asking about the prices of the products (which, of course, weren't on the shelves)...
Get better, I've been a customer of O Boticário for years and I don't remember being as poorly attended as in this store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito ruim, parece que os vendedores te "julgam" pelo fato informar que gostaria de retirar um brinde (a partir de um cadastro que fiz no app, algo recorrente nas ações do Boticário), mal sabiam eles que eu pretendia adquirir mais produtos na ocasião. O vendedor me atendeu com extrema má vontade e até com falta de cordialidade porque o meu pedido havia expirado e eu havia pedido explicação para entender como podia fazer. Não volto mais nessa loja.
Very bad service, it seems that the sellers "judge" you for informing you that you would like to withdraw a gift (from a registration I made in the app, something recurring in the actions of O Boticário), little did they know that I intended to purchase more products at occasion. The seller answered me with extreme ill will and even with a lack of cordiality because my order had expired and I had asked for an explanation to understand how I could do it. I won't be returning to this store again.
