★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu até hoje era cliente do kaciclismo. comprei um garfo para minha bike,entre outras coisas, e colocaram super mal, ao sair de lá tive que ir em outra loja terminar o mal servico. E outra o valor dá mão de obra era um e quando voltei outro dia era mais caro, ao questionar baixaram o valor para o inicial. Eu não volto mais lá.
 I was still a customer of kacyclism to this day. I bought a fork for my bike, among other things, and they put it super bad, when leaving there I had to go to another store to finish the bad service. And another value of labor was one and when I came back another day was more expensive, when questioning lowered the value to the initial. I won't be back there anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma estrela pelo péssimo atendimento pelo telefone,o rapaz que atente trata o cliente sem a mínima atenção, atende como se tivesse atendendo o telefone do bar da esquina, aliás; acho que até em um bar o atendimento é melhor, e fala com vc como quem quisesse desligar o telefone na sua cara.
A star for the poor service over the phone, the guy who attends treats the customer without the slightest attention, answers as if he were answering the phone at the corner bar, by the way; I think that even in a bar the service is better, and speaks to you as if you wanted to hang up the phone in your face.
