★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles misturam oxigenada e descolorante de marcas diferentes, não fazem avaliação capilar, não faz teste de mecha, tempo de pausa totalmente aleatório, resultado meu cabelo saiu todo emborrachado e caindo a cada penteada... O mesmo ainda tentou colocar a culpa em mim, não me ofereceram nenhum tratamento de reconstrução, e ainda ficaram quieto sobre o pagamento, até eu falar que eu não pagaria nenhum centavo como uma empresa dentro de um shopping rico, são tão ruins, não passa de um um salão qualquer encontrada em qualquer esquina (não menosprezando, mas sendo realista)... Estou lesado, com o cabelo quebrado e caído, manchado e todo emborrachado... eles ainda falaram o Caio no caso... O "O irmão só aconteceu com você "..... enfim o dono da empresa não me respondeu no WhatsApp.... Estou totalmente lesado e desamparado.. se eu tivesse feito no Jacques Janine nada disso teria acontecido, até porque lá são PROFISSIONAIS...

The "Brother just happened to you". . finally, the owner of the company did not reply to me on WhatsApp.... I am totally damaged and helpless... if I had done it at Jacques Janine, none of this would have happened, because they are PROFESSIONALS there...
