★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima! Não sou de postar comentários ou realizar avaliações negativas, porem não posso deixar de alertar possíveis comprados. NÃO FECHEM com essa empresa! Vc vai ter muita dor de cabeça, não vai ser atendido caso precise de manutenção, terá uma qualidade de montagem e acabamento péssimo. Eu não recomendo essa empresa e não fecharia mais nada com eles ( nem uma prateleira).
Mandei mensagem pedindo manutenção ( móveis montados a menos de 2 anos e sim, já precisou de manutenção!) entraram em contato comigo 6 meses depois para agendar o reparo ( isso porque está na “garantia”) Em fim, atendimento péssimo, montagem e acabando horrível, isso tudo somado ao fato que eles atrasaram em quase 1mês da data que havia informando que entregaria.
Tenho apenas pontos negativos para citar! Então se eu puder dar um conselho! Fujam dessa furada!
Bad experience! I'm not one to post comments or make negative ratings, but I can't help but warn potential buyers. DON'T STOP with this company! You will have a lot of headache, you will not be attended if you need maintenance, you will have a poor quality of assembly and finish. I do not recommend this company and would not close anything else with them (not even a shelf).
I sent a message asking for maintenance (furniture assembled less than 2 years ago and yes, it already needed maintenance!) they contacted me 6 months later to schedule the repair (that's because it's under "warranty") In the end, terrible service, assembly and finishing horrible, all this added to the fact that they were almost 1 month late from the date they had informed they would deliver.
I have only negatives to mention! So if I can give you some advice! Run away from this hole!

Ele dá atenção até a hora de passar o cartão após isso, ele some e somente as meninas da loja atende WhatsApp,. Na hora da venda ele promete 2 dias no máximo após o pagamento, elej oga o problema para o montadores, tive problema 1x com atraso e fiz a burrada de fechar a segunda casa com eles. NUNCA MAIS.

He pays attention until it's time to swipe the card after that, he disappears and only the girls in the store answer WhatsApp. At the time of the sale he promises 2 days at most after payment, he chooses the problem for the assemblers, I had a problem 1x with delay and I made the mistake of closing the second house with them.
