★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Ia quase toda semana mas só tem funcionária mal educada que só quer conversar, acha ruim quando a gente faz o pedido e ainda entrega o pedido completamente errado.
Triste pois os donos são legais e o lugar é fofo, a comida é boa.
 Terrible attendance. I went almost every week but there are only rude employees who just want to talk, think it is bad when we place the order and still deliver the order completely wrong.
Sad because the owners are nice and the place is cute, the food is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava acostumada com o excelente atendimento da Bellapan da Prates, mas quando fui na da José Paulino, cheguei no primeiro horário e só tinha uma atendente que não parecia estar de bom humor, fiquei aguardando para fazer meu pedido, mas ela me deixou esperando e continuou arrumando as prateleiras como se eu não estivesse lá. De repente o dono chegou e a moça começou me atender super bem de uma hora pra outra... Muito desagradável!
I was used to the excellent service from Prates' Bellapan, but when I went to José Paulino's, I arrived at the first hour and there was only one attendant who didn't seem to be in a good mood, I was waiting to place my order, but she kept me waiting and continued arranging the shelves as if I wasn't there. Suddenly the owner arrived and the girl started to serve me very well from one moment to the next ... Very unpleasant!
