Entrei em contato com o proprietário e ele não se prontificou sequer a vir ver a cortina ou entender o que poderia ter acontecido, pelo contrário, ele simplesmente disse que achava que já estava assim e que nada poderia fazer. Nem se desculpou pelo acontecido. Lamentável tratar o cliente desta forma. Acho que não precisam de clientes, que bom pois perderam mais um.
I sent my curtain to be washed and it came back with a shred. I contacted the owner and he did not even offer to come and see the curtain or understand what could have happened, on the contrary, he simply said that he thought it was already like this and that there was nothing he could do. He didn't even apologize for what happened. It's a shame to treat the customer this way. I don't think they need customers, which is good because they lost another one.
