Atenderam mais do que minhas expectativas, agora esperando a instalação, para testar e poder falar um pouco mais da minha experiência com vcs, porém de já agradeço toda a assistência ☺️☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Net cai mais que o Neymar, semana passada foi horrível, quase a semana toda com velocidade baixa, as vezes caía, aff não aguento mais abrir chamado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cai em finais de semana, cai em noite de final do BBB, cai mesmo sendo tipo empresarial. Sem atendimento nestes horários e pelo visto sem monitoramento da qualidade de sua própria infraestrutura.
Ah sim, a página de chamados da empresa é possível acessar via 4g do celular, indicando que o problema é aqui em Parnaíba/PI e Região.
"Fibra ótica" não cai!
É não me tratem como leigo pedindo pra desligar tudo e ligar novamente ok? Mesmo fazendo NÃO adianta.
Assinado, cliente antigo sem Internet mais uma vez neste momento (sim, estou via 4g da operadora de celular).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita falta de comunicação agendaram a instalação o carro da empresa passou ninguém deu satisfação, mim deixaram o dia todo esperando para depois dizer que não tinha caixa nos postes uma palhaçada!
