pedi tosa higiĂȘnica e eles cortaram todo meus dois cachorros fiquei extremamente chateada. Nunca mais levo nesse lugar
reclamei na recepção e nada fizeram, nem pra chamar gerente se prestaram e ainda me cobraram um valor absurdo por que disseram que os meus cachorros estavam com pelos muito embolados
NĂO INDICO !!!!.
 I took my Dogs to bathe in this place and I regretted it!!!
I asked for a hygienic grooming and they cut my two dogs all over, I was extremely upset. I will never take this place again
I complained at the reception and they didn't do anything, not even to call the manager, they made themselves available and they even charged me an absurd amount because they said my dogs had very matted fur
I DO NOT INDICATE !!!!.

â â â â â Conheço o hospital hĂĄ muitos anos moro no belvedere e sempre frequentei com todos meus Pets e sempre me permitiram ter acesso a todos os ambientes internos, inclusive ele tem cĂąmeras em todos ambientes para segurança dos clientes, os veterinĂĄrios sĂŁo excelentes e sempre me deram retorno de todos meus animaizinhos, fiz cirurgias em vĂĄrios animais e sou muito grata por salvar meus amores e essa pessoa que esta tentando difamar a reputação estĂĄ completamente enganada e deveriam conhecer melhor antes de divulgar e escrever palavras ofensivas em momento de desespero.
Se seu animalzinho morreu eu tenho certeza que foi dedicado toda a tenção e profissionalismo para tentar salva a vida dele , as vezes Deus faz escolhas na nossa vida que não são fåceis de aceitar , mas tenha calma , conversem os profissionais antes de encher o coração de rancor e vingança.
Atenção população nĂŁo acredite em uma pessoa que estĂĄ pedindo pra seus amigos e parentes incluĂrem falsos testemunhos para tentar prejudicar profissionais que sempre se dedicam 24 horas para salvar vidas.
Tire um tempo e vĂŁo conhecer o ambiente e os profissionais do Hospital, tenho certeza que nĂŁo vĂŁo se decepcionar.
I have known the hospital for many years, I live in the gazebo and I have always attended with all my Pets and have always allowed me to have access to all internal environments, including it has cameras in all environments for customer safety, the vets are excellent and have always given me feedback. all my little animals, I had surgeries on several animals and I am very grateful to save my loves and this person who is trying to defame the reputation is completely mistaken and they should know better before divulging and writing offensive words in a moment of desperation.
If your pet died I am sure that all the effort and professionalism was dedicated to try to save his life, sometimes God makes choices in our life that are not easy to accept, but be calm, talk to the professionals before filling the heart of grudge and revenge.
Attention people do not believe a person who is asking their friends and relatives to include false testimonies to try to harm professionals who are always dedicated 24 hours to save lives.
Take time and you will get to know the hospital's environment and professionals, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
