Nossa gente passei por uma situação péssima na clínica do Buritis. Tenho um plano do BB que me dá direito a 4 consultas por ano. Acionei o seguro e eles agendaram a consulta de emergência na clinica vet buritis. Chegando lá, começaram falando que não iam me atender até o plano depositar o valor da consulta. Depois que atenderam começaram a me cobrar falando para eu ligar para a seguradora porque não iria sair de lá antes deles receberem. Eu até perguntei se iam me manter em cárcere.
Foi então que pegaram a pipa para fazer os exames (que paguei particular) e seguraram ela até o plano pagar a consulta da clinica .
Nunca vi um atendimento mais desumado e mercenário na minha vida.
Porque aceitaram receber pelo plano se iam ficar me coagindo e humilhando lá dentro. Como se eu fosse golpista?

Our people went through a terrible situation at the Buritis clinic. I have a BB plan that entitles me to 4 appointments per year. I activated the insurance and they scheduled an emergency appointment at the buritis vet clinic. Once there, they started saying that they weren't going to see me until the plan deposited the value of the consultation. After they answered, they started charging me, telling me to call the insurance company because I wouldn't leave there before they received it. I even asked if they were going to keep me in jail.
It was then that they took the kite to do the exams (which I paid privately) and held it until the plan paid for the clinic appointment.
I have never seen a more ruthless and mercenary service in my life.
Because they agreed to pay for the plan if they were going to be coercing and humiliating me inside. Like I was a scammer?

Excellent service. My pet and I were treated well and the diagnoses were accurate. They are not cheap, especially the specialist vets, but I have nothing to complain about with the service.

Excellent service and professionals! After going to some vet clinics, this was the first one that managed to provide complete care for my little dog, which is very skittish, without any inconvenience.
