I have worked with Beto Imóveis since 2002. Impeccable service and knowledge of the real estate market. More than a real estate agency it is a consultancy for real estate businesses. Worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruim. No término do contrato tentaram cobrar valores indevidos e torcer cláusulas contratuais para me tomar dinheiro. Daqui pra frente fugirei de locação de imóveis comerciais locados ou administrados por eles.
Bad. At the end of the contract, they tried to collect undue amounts and twist contractual clauses to take money from me. From now on, I will avoid leasing commercial properties leased or managed by them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O corretor exigiu que Eu chegasse no horário para visita, pois como o próprio falou, não ia esperar e tinha outros compromissos. Chegou atrasado e ainda fez insinuações como se a minha pessoa não tivesse condições de fechar o negócio. Lamentável!
The broker demanded that I arrive on time to visit, because as he said, he was not going to wait and had other commitments. He arrived late and still made insinuations as if my person was unable to close the deal. Unfortunate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi horrível. Eles não atendem quando temos um problema e toda vez falta gás..eles levam um tempão pra resolver. Eu pago meu aluguel e condomínio certinho, mas a imobiliária não dá o retorno certinho que deveria
My experience was horrible. They don't answer when we have a problem and every time they run out of gas...they take a long time to solve. I pay my rent and condominium right, but the real estate doesn't give the right return it should

My experience was horrible. They don't answer when we have a problem, they take a long time to answer through the wpp and every time they run out of gas and they take soooo long to solve. Very lazy guys, I don't indicate
