★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A imobiliária colocou cláusula de indenização a ela mesma em caso de rescisão de um contrato de compra de imóvel que ela mostrou como sendo de uma pessoa mas era de outra. A imobiliária não devolve o dinheiro recebido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FUJA DESTA IMOBILIÁRIA, COMPACTUARAM COM AÇÃO CRIMINOSA. Eles me levaram para conhecer um terreno dizendo ser de uma cliente deles, conforme estava anunciado no site desta imobiliária. Comprei, paguei a vista e no dia seguinte um vizinho do lote me mostrou que eu havia comprado outro lote e não o que eles me mostraram e disseram que eu estava comprando. O lote real que eu comprei não tinha terraplanagem e vista, como o que me fizeram crer que era o que eu estava comprando. Pedi a rescisão e devolução imediata da comissão que eu paguei diretamente na conta deles e eles se recusam a devolver, mesmo após comprovarem que anunciaram um lote e venderam outro. O Sr Edson Ribeiro, que recebeu a comissão, disse que quem deve me pagar a comissão que eles receberam é a pessoa quem me vendeu. Estão mantendo a posse de uma quantia de R$ 8.000 fruto de uma ação criminosa. Disseram que seria resolvido no dia 23-12-2017 e, passado este dia, simplesmente disseram que estão indo viajar em férias e só tratarão do caso no ano que vem. Acionarei a JUSTIÇA CRIMINAL para reaver o meu dinheiro pago, acrescido das devidas indenizações. Não recomendo a nenhum cidadão de bem sequer comercializar com esta imobiliária.
ESCAPE THIS REAL ESTATE, COMPACTED WITH CRIMINAL ACTION. They took me to visit a land claiming to be from one of their clients, as advertised on the website of this real estate company. I bought it, paid the cash and the next day a neighbor of the lot showed me that I had bought another lot and not what they showed me and said that I was buying it. The actual lot I bought had no earthwork and views, as what made me believe it was what I was buying. I asked for the termination and immediate return of the commission that I paid directly into their account and they refuse to return it, even after proving that they have announced a lot and sold another. Mr Edson Ribeiro, who received the commission, said that the person who should pay me the commission they received is the person who sold me. They are maintaining possession of an amount of R $ 8,000 as a result of a criminal action. They said it would be resolved on 12/23/2017 and, after this day, they simply said that they are going to travel on vacation and will only deal with the case next year. I will activate the CRIMINAL JUSTICE to recover my money paid, plus the due indemnities. I do not recommend to any citizen of good to even commercialize with this real estate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um imovel com o Fabio, nos feriados e fins de semana do ano novo aqui em Itu, nao achei nebhuma imobiliaria aberta ou corretor respondendo minhas chamadas e o Fabio da Proimóvel me atendeu super bem e fechamos um negocio de compra de um imovel comercial no Novo Centro aqui em Itu por isso que digo em tempos normais é facil atender mas em tempos de dificuldades só os melhores preparados por isso e outeos mais motivos dou 5 estrelas para imobiliaria Proimovel, falei e comprovo Davi Mandetta
I bought a property with Fabio, on holidays and weekends of the new year here in Itu, I didn't find any open real estate agent or broker answering my calls and Fabio da Proimóvel took care of me very well and we closed a deal to buy a commercial property in New Center here in Itu why I say in normal times it is easy to attend but in times of difficulties only the best prepared for it and other reasons I give 5 stars for real estate Proimovel, I spoke and confirm Davi Mandetta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa com idoneidade duvidosa, entregaram as chaves do imóvel, sem contrato de locação assinado e principalmente sem o meu consentimento, detalhe um dia antes combinamos que os processos seriam respeitados e que eles fariam o correto, e um dia depois as chaves foram entregues sem processo que eles diziam ser correto e adequado!!! FUJAM DESTA IMOBILIÁRIA.
Company with dubious reputation, they delivered the keys to the property, without a signed lease and especially without my consent, detail the day before we agreed that the processes would be respected and that they would do the right thing, and the day after the keys were delivered without process which they said was correct and proper!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY.
